Rated 3 stars due to the fact that Sears online scheduling VS. people walking in or calling to make an appointment DOESNT communicate! So if I call in or walk in and make an appt for the following weekend at 3 pm and someone goes online & schedules and a 3 pm appt as well....they are then double booked....doesnt seem quite fair to the customers or the employees who catch grief because they have to ask customers to wait...sometimes that wait is 2-3 hours! In this day & age you mean to tell me that Sears can not make their system work together!??!!?? Come on...

We bought three sets of tires from here a couple years ago. I always went there for oil changes and tire rotation. Every time I go I remind them to add wiper fluid. Most of the time they still dont. I got an excuse that Sears doesnt supply them with enough. Last week I took my van for an oil change and tire rotation. My hubcap fell off somewhere between there and home. And, no, no wiper fluid again. That was my last visit. Plus, it always takes two to three hours to get my oil changed. No more.
