I drive half an hour to get to this store because of the quality service that both my car and I receive. Zach McCarty is an excellent service manager, and he has been helpful on more than one occasion. When additional issues were found with my car, he showed them to me in the garage and explained what would be recommended. And, never pressured me to add that repair service immediately. I am driving a car with almost 200,000 miles on it and I trust the knowledge and expertise of Zach and the mechanics in the garage. Ive had a couple poor experiences trying to receive service and repairs at more conveniently located stores (not Firestone) this year, and both times Ive ended up going back to Firestone to correct what other shops have done/left undone. I leave Firestone feeling safe and comfortable again driving my car. Many thanks!

Had to have rear shocks replaced on a TJ Wrangler. Notorious for rusted and frozen upper bolts they are easy to snap off. Having recent shoulder surgery I wasnt able to tackle the job myself. I made an appointment and they finished the difficult job at the written estimate amount. I think they only charged me 2 hours labor which I thought was a deal. Unfortunately I had to buy a set of their shocks as they said they dont install customer bought parts. Just as well as I didnt have to deal with rusty frozen bolts and install/weld new ones. Guy at the counter was very friendly and courteous. Would give 5 stars if they would have installed the shocks I already purchased elsewhere.

NEVER give Firestone your service. First, they told us an inspection and repairs for our truck would be $1200, and we had the repairs done for under $200 elsewhere. We had to have brake pads and rotors replaced a year and a half later because their auto parts are incredibly cheap. In addition, the technicians are not very knowledgeable.

Charged for a diagnosis that could not be completed until I replaced a vacume line, the diagnosis was not completed. I was told every thing was fine, that fixed my problem (ha ha the jokes on me-screwed again!) When I drove away (500 dollars later) I still had the same problem! Screwed again!!!!

Sean and Jason are awesome guys and really welcoming. Tom did some awesome work on my 87 grand wagoneer and they are all willing to help you out! I highly recommend this place if youre looking for a good job to be done quickly on any vehicle.

Went for tires and they offered me a discount on having the vehicle inspected as well. Didnt pressure me into anything that wasnt necessary. Very quick with repairs and always kept me informed. Great customer service.
