I went here to get some new parts put in (I believe it was pipes as a I had an oil leak) and that was it. Immediately upon looking at my car they say its going to cost about $600. Im thinking to myself, theres no way an oil leak would cost this much. So I tell them Im going to get someone else to look at it as I cannot afford the $600. I drove the car to TLC (The Lube Center) and of course they told me I was getting ripped off. I went to Advance Auto to purchase the parts and the total was about $100. I returned to TLC and they fixed me up for just under $100. So how did Firestone come up with $600 compared to $200? Theyre scammers through and through. Do not support this business by getting ripped off.

Ive gone here many times, and bought several sets of tires from them in the past. This place has gone down hill in recent years. Had them install a headlight a few months earlier, and they placed the light off center so that it was shining upward. Couple months later I take it for an inspection and they refuse to pass the inspection unless I let them use a headlight calibrator which they want to charge extra for. After informing them that they were the one who set the light that way in the first place they still refused to budge. I took my vehicle else where for an inspection and wont be returning to this Firestone again.

I went here a few months ago to have tires put on my car. Upon picking up my car I went to the gas station around the corner and noticed that they had installed two different size tires on the rear of my car. I took the car back and then they installed the correct tire backwards. I will never go back here.

I dont know about other Firestone locations, but I go to this one often with my old car; --- I have absolutely no complaints, only appreciation for their willingness to do good work promptly & at a reasonable price. Nice guys.

You can buy tires everywhere seems that all Tire shops try to sell you thing that you probably dont need Id try to find a good local business who tries to take care of your vehicle and not just sell you parts you dont need

They do whatever they can do to scam you and take your money away. They didnt even fix the problem and still charge me for it. Do not go to these guys, they dont know what they are doing.

They over charged me big time for a simple inspection sticker! If you dont want to be bam boozled and played with your money then I would not recommend!
