Just moved into town and my car died. Called Cottman (since theyre closed to my hotel) and asked them if they service a Benz and I was told they do. Had it towed to their shop and waited a week and no one (I meant NO ONE) called to updatel me on the status. I had to call several times and the receptionist was nice but nothing was done to the car. I was told it starts fine. When I picked up the car it started but it had no power since its a bad alternator. Had it towed the 3rd time to a Benz dealership in Wexford. This place is ridiculous.

These folks were great! After taking my vehicle (which is admittedly in very rough shape) to another local shop, I wanted a second opinion. The folks at Cottman diagnosed the issues for free and quoted me well below to competition. - The service was fast - The service was friendly - The prices were fair - The communication was great - they kept me in the loop at all times I definitely recommend their services!

they are very poor and service stinks I had a truck done there and spent so much money there and hasnt rode good since took it to another place that was very reasonable and fix my problem I would advise you to get serviced there
