Finding a creditable garage was always a struggle in most peoples experience. When I first saw the reviews about this garage after moving to the neighborhood, I was very glad that I finally could find a place where I could send my cars for inspections, regular check-ups, etc. Indeed, I have had my three cars there for services like inspections, brake jobs, and others for the last three years. For the most part, I was happy with the work that they had done, especially, the owner, Tom, was good at making car repairs. Only lately, I started to have bad experience with two of my cars; both of them had both front and back brakes replaced, including new rotors. During the first couple of weeks, everything seemed to fine; then noise started to surface when I was driving one of my cars, the car that I used for daily commute. I called them regarding my concern, and then was told that it was fairly common with new brakes. Because I hadnt jacked up a car in my whole life, I believed in what I was told. The hissing noise continued to be there whenever I stepped on my brake. But life went on. Two weeks ago, the noise started to deteriorate, and the hissing noise became wah, wah, wah sound when I made left turns. This time, I was initially thinking of taking my car back to them; however, I had a second thought about taking it apart myself since to a certain degree I believed that I was capable of doing that with resource out there. I went on Youtube and talked to my coworkers and finally I jacked up my car with courage and even crawled underneath the car sometimes. What I found really surprised me. The wheel that made noise was actually in pretty bad shape: the drum was rusty and even had the original Honda label on it; after having taken the drum off, the inside was very dusty and appeared never being serviced before. I just wondered since my car was just inspected in a recent week, and they even checked off the inspected wheels on the inspection sticker. How on the earth could it be possible that my not-even-a-year-old brake could be in such terrible shape. I paid for with my hard-earned money, but in return, I was fooled for being ignorance. As human being, we evolved from being ignorance to insightful, but this progress varied from human to human. Mine was more resentful. This was my tale to be told; I am not asking for monetary compensation for writing this review; instead I would like them to be aware of some of the ethical issues that might eventually harm their business. Using me as an example, I am not going to return as a customer.

The manager Tom was absolutely terrible . I brought a car to them to do a pre-sale check . They told me the car had no issues and was in excellent condition. Upon driving the car home it became apparent there was a serious oil leak. The leak was very apparent and it quickly became obvious that they had done nothing . I had another garage check it out and they found numerous problems all very obvious when put on a lift. (Three different leaks and a blown shock). I dont believe they did anything to evaluate the car but still charged me . When I called him back about the issue, Tom became extremely rude and combative. Thankfully the dealer I bought the car from was cooperative but the end result is Autoservicemalls negligence cost me in excess of $500. I highly recommend avoiding this shop at all costs . Nothing is worse than the combination of negligence and rudeness from a mechanic. There is no pride in workmanship or customer service here

Ive been using them for almost 20 years for all the stuff I dont have the tools or the time to do and they have been great. They only fix what needs to be fixed and dont go for selling a bunch of extras. In response to Cheng Tang and his poor experience, what he describes doesnt seem to be a problem. If he got new brakes and rotors then he should expect to have the rusty original drums on the back. Rear drums are infrequently, if ever, replaced. The dust you saw on the inside means your brakes are working. That would be brake dust generated from the friction between the brake pads and the drum. Your rotors are on the front of the car and should have been nice and shiny when took the car home. It is possible that they made a mistake, everybody does but if theres a real problem they will make it good. At least that has been my experience over the last 20 years.

You guys are the absolute best. Not only do you treat your custmers very well but you consistently deliver great quality service. I love that you always seem interested in helping me save money by only recommending necessary reparis and then charging very reasonable prices for your work. Recently I had my car in for brake service on a Friday and you locked it up and let me take it home that evening, while trusting me to call you the next Monday to make payment. That is totally unheard of and very much describes your approach to business and customer service. I have been using you for auto repairs for over 20 years and will remain a loyal customer for many, many more.

I was actually referred here originally by a tow truck driver who swore that Adam was the best mechanic in the state. I took his word for it and had him drop it off there, because I was newer to the area and needed a new mechanic. The tow truck driver was definitely right. Adam was able to find several issues with my vehicle, one of which 3 previous mechanics couldnt find where the issue was coming from. Ill be using him from here on out, providing I dont relocate again.

Auto Service Mall is credible and trustworthy. Multiple times I have taken them my 10 year old car with an expensive problem and they manage to repair the problem at a very low cost. They always try their best to only fix what is needed. They never add on for extra charges. Theyre fair and honest. I have always been satisfied with their work.

On two occasions the team here has exceeded my expectations. I have a Chrysler that *had* electronic issues. Not any more, Auto Service Mall diagnosed it correctly, they were patient & knowledgeable. They communicated with me as they did the diagnostics. I highly recommend this business for auto diagnostics and repair.

They are trustworthy, upfront, and honest. The mechanics explain why they are doing what they are doing and they always come in right and their estimate. Also, they dont try to upsell you on services or products you dont really need. All in all, they are the best mechanics in the area!
