Not happy with my experience. I paid for the full synthetic oil change which included a tire rotation, so I assumed that everything in the service description would be done. However, when I reviewed my receipt, I noted (circled on attachment) that I did not get the tire rotation. The receipt noted with 8 exclamation points that the customer had to explicitly request the tire rotation and if they did not, that service was not performed. That is like me ordering a bacon cheeseburger but not getting the bacon because I did not inform the waiter that yes, I did want the bacon part of my bacon cheeseburger. This is deceptive and dishonest and makes me wonder what other corners were cut to increase their profit. I tried to contact this location but was ignored. So, here is my honest and accurate review complete with a copy of my invoice. This type of business practice should not be allowed.

Id give them six stars if I could. My wife and I were heading to DC from Michigan and our water pump came loose. It was our anniversary and we were on a time crunch and we needed a rental car. The rental car companies either didnt have cars or were charging an arm and a leg, and the staff at Meineke really bent over backwards to find us an affordable option for a rental in an area we were not familiar with. Brian even called Uber to get us out to the car rental place. Because they went the extra mile, we were able to make our destination on time. As for the car, they fixed it by the next day and held it for two more days until we could come pick it up. When we did, it made the 4.5 hour drive back to Michigan without any hiccups. Needless to say, our anniversary trip would have been a complete disaster without the helpful service from the staff at Meineke. Thank you!

I have frequented many different auto care centers within the Cranberry Township area. Sometimes, when Im "pressed for time" I make the choice to visit a place that has a "more convenient location" but each time, I leave regretting the situation. Even with "appointments" Im told my wait (while SITTING THERE) is 1.5+ hours. But every time I have visited the Cranberry Township Meineke, Vince has been both friendly and attentive. He ALWAYS makes sure that my vehicle is taken right away while I wait, and I always leave knowing that theyve done a good job. I just wanted to pass on the message letting you know what a GREAT job the team there is doing, and to especially recognize Vince for always being in such a great mood. I know Ive strayed in the past, but I think Ill be returning to Meineke for the long haul.

We were traveling from out of town over a holiday weekend and our van broke down. Jonathan and Brian were very kind, clear and honest with what to expect. They worked had at getting out parts and fixed the vehicle within the day. A few days after returning home, Brian called me to let me know that they had another vehicle come in with the same issue. After some discussion they realized that it was a recall. Brian wanted to let me know this in case I wanted to submit it to the manufacturer. I am so thankful for that! There was no reason that they had to call me, but they did. I will be sure to continue to tell all my family living in the area about work ethic and integrity of this location! Thanks again!!!

This Meineke is a franchise and of course franchise quality can always vary quite a bit. In this case, the ownership, personnel and management are likely the most honest national name car repair people in Cranberry. They have saved me hundreds over the years on repairs that can wait, what needs done that I didnt know about saving me being stranded (Worth more than money.) and frankly just have good friendly professionalism and personalities. Dont hesitate to bring your car here for something routine, unexpected or even in an emergency. Youll always get the truth and a fair deal when many places take advantage of consumers in bad situations.

I called around noon to see if they could get me in to plug my tire because I had a nail puncture in my tire and they said to stop around 5-515 and they can get me taken care of. I showed up at 520 and they said sorry we cant get you In today. They were still open for another 40 minutes. As I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow for the same time they began closing all of their bay doors 40 minutes early. I drove 5 minutes down the road to Keiths service center and they fixed my tire in 15 minutes. I will never do business here.

We used to go to this Meineke regularly. We took one car and they said it needed pads and rotors on all 4 wheels, and 1 caliper was bad. We did the work. 6 months later, we took a different car. Same exact list of repairs. Hmm, thats suspicious. Est. $1000. Took it to Kenny Ross. Only rear pads needed to be replaced and rotors machined; fronts just needed to be cleaned (sticking caliper). $300. I wont be going back to Meineke.

staff was really rude and upset with a coupon for a free oil changed i received and tried to shame me in every which way. They also tried to finesse me to pay extra for a synthetic oil change when it was not needed and my dad who is a mechanical engineer who probably knows more about cars then the staff does told them off and how it didnt need the synthetic oil change and could be valid for the basic oil change for free.

Under new ownership. I never went there before but I got such great and honest service, I would recommend them highly. They took really good care of me and in a timely fashion in spite of how busy they were. If they werent busy, I would be concerned. They didnt rip me off and they treated me as a valued customer. Most importantly they did the job right and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.

Frist time I went, the car was returned with the issue not fix. I called and they got the car back in and took car of the issue. The service was professional and the pricing was fair. I understand mistakes are made but the way they took action to remedy the mistake was good customer service. I recommend them and will be taking my other vehicle there this week.

Scheduled a quick oil change about a half hour in advance, had it changed quickly and professionally. I asked to have my own oil additive added and it was done correctly. Mike was the gentleman working on my car and I feel very satisfied overall with the service done today. I will be coming in to this Meineke from now on.

I had a fantastic experience at Meineke Car Care Center. They were efficient and friendly. They fixed my car up in the afternoon and it was a great experience. I would definitely highly recommend this shop to anyone.
