I hired this moving company for residential move. They sent out a gentleman for a moving quote who seem to be nice and respectable which is why I hired them. On the day of the move three gentlemen came to my home to pick up my boxes. They smoked multiple cigarettes during the job and just complained about how bad their job was they did not wrap the furniture appropriately nor did they stack boxes the right way. This should have been my first clue and I should have asked them to take my boxes off the truck and leave. When my items arrived at my new place the next day my furniture was destroyed. Items were broken including the bedroom set, chests and drawers also the dining room table which had broken legs and chips .. the man insisted that the items came this way prior to their arrival.. which was obviously a lie. The items are brand new. I called the company to file a complaint, 2 gentleman by the names of Rick and Rich both spoke to me in a disrespectful manner shouted and yelled. I called their corporate office in hopes of being able to file a claim which Im currently going through. Doesnt seem like theyre that attentive. Hopefully Ill have some luck with repairing the damaged items which their company did. I do not recommend using this company if you are in the market for a moving team. STAY AWAY 100% Bekins destroyed my items. Theres no doubt.

The only reason I am giving them a rating of a 1 is because you cant give them a Zero. I am an older woman who was with my daughter who hired this company to move her. First, the lady who wrote up the order wrote down incorrect information on what needed to be move. The mover Tony was angry that the company told him it would take only 4 hours and two men. This is the third time she has moved, and she told the company that it took 4 hours and three men the other two times. After 6 hours, Tony gets angry and was in my daughters face blaming her and threatening to throw all her furniture in the yard. The other mover, had to get between them and ordered Tony back off. So off he drove with her furniture and we had no idea if he was even going to return. By the way, it took longer mainly because Tony was lazy. It was the other gentleman, my daughter, and I who carried all the boxes and totes into the house. He had to make sure to neatly fold his blankets and smoke his cigarettes, and complain the whole time. I must say I have never experienced such agitation in a person who was hired and being paid to help. Oh and not willing to put back together the leather sofa he took apart. The other mover, Curtis was so nice and worked hard. Maybe if they sent two men like him, the day would have gone better.

This is a terrible moving company. Both the supervisor and employee provide false information and does not act appropriately to resolve the situation. When the mover came and packed my furnitures, he promised that I would receive my shipment in one week. I called a week later and Sylvia Craine assured that my shipment is en route. When I called again, another assistant says that my shipment is still in Philadelphia AND NOT EN ROUTE TO ATLANTA. Sylvia Craine was dishonest about the whereabouts of my belongings. On my shipment, it includes a dresser and a mattress. I ended up not shipping either items because I decided on purchasing new ones. So I asked if they can move these items from one unit to the next unit in the SAME apartment when my shipment arrives - due to plumbing issues. Bekins claims it is illegal even though the original agreement included a mattress and a dresser. Bekins claims that I am moving to a different location even though I am literally moving two units down in the SAME APARTMENT COMPLEX. This a very unethical company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!

Beware DO NOT USE!!! This company delivered my furniture broken, missing screws ... I got in insurance too, and they never fixed or replaced anything!!!!
