Its not a bad store. But certain customer service managers need not to be so rude or they maybe need to move back to North Carolina. I noticed the vehicle that he was looking up wasnt mine but in the family of SUV. I worked for Auto Zone for 5 yrs so I know that sometimes some people parts are a lil different from certain models even location could vary. Do I asked a question if it mattered that it wasnt my vehicle. In return he looked at me and said " look up your own parts since you trying to challenge me on everything you asked me to look up.” and he walked away. Went into the office. Now mind you I asked for a slave cylinder for my dually which was $64. That I replaced couple years ago with a new clutch. So he looked up my warranty to try and find the slave cylinder which I appreciate. We couldnt find it which I told him that I thought it only had a 2 yr warranty that it wasnt probably in there. He said to me that "he didnt even see my clutch in the warranty system and asked if I even bought it from them." We scrolled back through after I said I seen the NU # for my clutch that he didnt see. After I showed it to him was when things started to go south. So instead of making a minimum of $100 sale. Ill take my business elsewhere or if I need to go back in Ill just deal with a different employee. This isnt the first time he was rude. I felt with him on a Jetta that was shutting off periodically, some times consecutively. I asked for a crank sensor and he told me it wasnt the crank sensor. That it was either my battery or alternator. Alternator put out 14 volts and the battery maintained 12 volts under load. Glad I didnt buy what he recommended.
