I have to say that I am extremely pleased & impressed with the service I received from VA Tire & Auto. I never write reviews, but I just had to rave about my experience at the Bristow location. I am fairly new to the area, and having moved from out of state, I needed to get my emissions & state inspection taken care of- but had no idea what I was doing. The staff at VA Tire & Auto answered all of my questions, and more. They were incredibly accommodating to my needs and treated me with the utmost respect. Every conversation I had with every member of their team left me feeling confident that my car (Flynn) was in good hands. And even though there was a line for the inspection, I didnt even have to wait an hour! Overall, I would recommend VA Tire & Auto, specifically the Bristow location for any of your car needs. I am already planning on getting my tires replaced here- and they will be my first call for any of Flynns needs!

Customer Service was good. Not too happy that manager tried to bill me for additional labor after I already paid, saying that the the removal of a rusty bolt took some time. I was outside with the technician as he removed the bolt. There was not a bit of rust on the threads, just some on the head of the bolt that made him worry it might shear off. It came out in no time. After this, I became suspicious of the whole operation to replace a cracked side marker assembly--billed 56.99 for a $6 part...suspicions confirmed. Came here out of convenience and necessity after my former mechanic had a freak accident. I understand businesses need to make profits, but I did not expect to get ripped off. I will be going elsewhere in the future and will not recommend this place to my friends/family.

My roommate took her handicap accessible van into Virginia Tire & Auto in Bristow to be inspected. They failed it and quoted $2,000 for the van to be road worthy again. She took it to another shop. She is heavily reliant on her handicap accessible van, low income, and needed it back quickly. They charged her $66 + the $16 for the inspection fee. The repair shop said that some of the things Virginia Tire & Auto listed, ball bearings, were not even damaged or in need of repair. All told it cost us $82 not $2,000. Virginia Tire & Auto is creating false problems to inflate estimates. They are Virginia Inspection flunking vehicles with problems that dont really exist just to make extra money. And on a handicap person! Shame on you Virginia Tire & Auto!!

They were able to quickly get me in and replace my brakes. They completed the job quickly and were very friendly. Only 3 stars because a day later I noticed a "thump" when braking. I returned and the person at the front was happy to grab someone to take a look. A mechanic came from the shop and seemed none to happy that he was asked to diagnose this. He drove a short while and confirmed the thump and that it was my transmission failing. I went to my normal mechanic (who couldnt get to my brakes at the time) and they informed me it was a drive shaft lubrication issue (common problem with 4Runners). $10 in grease and labor and the thump was gone.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS NEW TIRE STORE and especially from the store Manager. I asked them if they could do an oil change for Audi and Mercedes Benz and they tell me yes, after days I found that they put the wrong oil. That store change 3 times on my Audi A6 and 2 times on my Mercedes Benz in 40 days. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GOING TO THIS STORE FOR OIL CHANGE and I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE, this company and the mechanics are NOT qualified to repair European Cars (Audi, Mercedes, ...) The worst experience I have ever had.

These guys are amazing! My tire pressure gauge came on and within minutes it was completely flat. Luckily I was right nearby VA tire and auto and decided it would be better to try them out than have my husband drive 40 min to escort us to our regular tire place another 2 miles down the road. So glad I decided to stop! Trevor was great and had me back on the road in less than an hour! Fair pricing, clean facilities with nice offering of drinks and excellent customer service!

Went in to months ago to have tires balancedand oil change on the bottom of ticket it said rear rotors were rusted and pads needed to be replaced. So I went to get the inspection and I had to get front brakes, rotors and caliper replaced and on the bottom of ticket it steal say rear rotors rusted and rotors need to be replaced soon. I guess just another auto service garage I shouldnt be surprised.

Had an appointment for noon that I scheduled two days prior. When I arrived they told me that I still had an hour to an hour and a half wait. What is the point of making an appointment?!? The tech even told me it was no big deal to wait and change the oil another day. So disappointed as I was a returning customer. I will not go back to this Tire & Auto shop.

I have never had as good of an experience as I did with this shop! They took my car on time, quick service, never pressured me into fixing or buying something. And when I left there was a water bottle waiting for me. I will come back here for all of our cars! More than impressed with their customer service!

Horrible i went to get my safty inspection, and they lied about what needed to be fixed, i went to my trusted mechanic and there was nothing wrong with my car, they tried to rip me off 1300 bucks... never go here for safty insection
