I have been going to this shop for the past 6 years! I used to take my brand new Toyota at the time to the dealer, however it became too expensive. Once I started to shop around for prices I came across this shop. It seemed very busy and thought I would be stuck there for hours (didnt have an appointment) and it turned out I was out in less time than a dealer. The prices were great and the mechanic took the time out to explain everything that was done. I have mechanic friends so I know if I am being hassled and NEVER was I given any b/s. The test came when I had to get body work done due to an accident and the car would be in the shop for days. Not only was I blown away with the amount I saved but the car was finished 2 days early! Because body work is expensive, I spoke to the owner about working out a payment plan....and because I was such a loyal customer, the owner Pedro was happy to assist me with that! How amazing is that! I even had a friend (who works for a dealer) double check the work and he reassured me that everything was done correctly. I no longer live in the area, but everytime I visit family I always stop by for maintenance. I am a mom of two and every $ and minute I save means the world, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

HORRIBLE place! DO NOT GO THERE. We were recommended this place by a gas station. After taken our car there and paying 3x of what other places would have charged we found out they installed old parts (we took the new piece) and did not replace what they told us. In fact, we had to take it back 9 times (not kidding) because the problem was not fixed at all and we had paid over $1500. Each time we picked up the car it was very filthy -pieces of chocolate, bread crumbs, stains, etc. (our car is light beige on the inside) regardless of how much I complained. They also broke the inside light which had three facets, denied it, got angry, and refused to fix it. A year later, we found out they had tampered with our car very unsafely. We met two other people with similar stories regarding this place. They are liars, they wont fix what they say, overcharge completely and refuse to fix the things they break.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Worst experience!

I had a warranty on my vehicle that wouldnt start, but since I thought it would be an easy fix I decided to take it to this more conveniently located garage. I ended up paying $1,200 in repairs after they found an issue with the transmission. The day after I got it back the transmission was still slipping. I took it back to the garage and they told me it needed to be replaced completely. (Ok, why did I pay you $1,200 then?) So now I take it to the dealership to use my warranty and they said due to the shoddy work done by LEESBURG AUTO SERVICE, that my claim is denied. So now Im out the $1,200 to the garage and $5,200 for a new transmission. These guys are terrible!!!!

I took my wifes car here a while ago and was very happy with the work done. But then I had an accident with my car, took it here and it was terrible. They didnt move a finger to order second-hand parts I could afford but wanted me to get all the parts brand new from the Dealership. After my car was supposedly ready, there was a noise, I checked what was wrong and found two bolts that hold the suspension HAND-TIGHT. At least they could have been nicer and tell me they didnt finish but instead returned it with a whole bunch of SCRATCHES on the paint. It looked like a cat had worked on my car. Definitely not taking my car there again.

Soon after moving to Leesburg, I had car trouble and ended up looking for an honest and cheap mechanic. This was very difficult, until I was referred to Jose over at Leesburg Auto Service. Most mechanics Ive used in Northern Virginia had tried to gouge me, assuming I dont do my homework. With Jose, the owner of Leesburg Auo Service, I have never had that problem. He is incredibly honest, and very reasonably priced. He is now my family mechanic, and I send anyone I can to him (honest people should be rewarded in life).

Not happy at all, I took my car because I went to Shell gas station and my car failed emmisions. This place came highly recommended by them. I paid $566 for repairs. Engine light comes on a day later and the tell me me it will be another $863 to fix knock sensors. Why didnt they find that before? As a woman I feel like I was ripped off. I wish I would have read the other reviews!

Took an older overheating car in. Told me I had to replace part of it to fix it. Paid more then what car was worth at the time. They then told me it was fixed. Had to bring back a few days later and they told me now additional repairs would be needed, that it wasnt the first thing they fixed only. Needless to say at this point I had spent more on the car then it was worth.

Pedro is the best and most reasonable mechanic around. I had him do a full brake job after having to get them done annually with other local mechanics. Pedros job is still good 4 years later. The others must have used cheap incompatible parts. His price was also 1/3 less. Dont bother with the other shops in town.

Great people, great place to have you car worked on. As of 01/22/2017 their hourly labor rate is $76. That is vary affordable they dont try to rip you off like the other places in town they are over $100 an hour labor rate. And theyre fast too they did the timing belts on my car in just a day.
