Simply top notch! Kevin, the owner, responded immediately to my e-mail query with solid advice, clear explanation of the plan for resolving my issue (removing a blown engine and installing a new one), extremely reasonable pricing for labor costs (one-third of what other places had quoted me) and a genuine concern for ensuring I was comfortable with what the plan was. He neither rushed me nor pressured me to make a decision and patiently answered all my questions. I hung up after speaking with him knowing I had finally found a reliable and trustworthy local businessman. Within minutes, Kevin called back and asked if I had said that I was a veteran and immediately knocked a significant amount off the already low cost for the repair. I was not only grateful for his respect for veterans, but shocked that he truly put his money where his mouth is. Throughout the whole process of our engine replacement, Kevin called frequently to ensure I knew the progress and any small issues that arose were discussed, options given and decisions made on how to proceed. Even though additional parts were needed that were not foreseeable, I got the feeling that Kevin was almost apologizing, not liking to add to the total despite it not bring any fault of his. Thats a clear sign that he truly looks out for his customer. When we picked up our vehicle, he walked us thru everything that had been done, showed us the old engine, introduced us to the technicians who worked on the vehicle, and even prepared a box of spare parts from the old engine that might come in handy should repairs for routine wear and tear need to happen down the road. He laid out a schedule for breaking in the engine, oil changes, etc, and off we went very satisfied. The next day, Kevin called us to ask us how the truck was doing and make sure there werent any questions we hadnt gone over!! My family has found THE place for our auto maintenance needs. I will not hesitate to recommend Kevin and his staff to ALL my friends. If you have need of a truly outstanding auto repair/maintenance firm that is locally owned and operated by a great guy, look no further than here. I very much appreciate what he did for my family!!

I was looking for a repair shop in the area that I could trust. Have experience working at a dealership and know how repair shops can take advantage. First took my 2006 civic (130Kmiles) to Honda for oil change and got an estimate of over 2,000 of needed maintenance/repairs. Took my car to these guys for second opinion and they were honest with what was really needed/ what was optional/ and what they highly recommended. They explained things thoroughly and the pricing was decent (the labor hour lower than many shops). I discussed things with my mechanic brother-in-law that does not live in the area and he confirmed their diagnostic and advise made perfect sense. I got the work done (trans flush, valve gasket repairs, control arm replacement, spark plugs, oil change, rear brake shows, and a couple other maintenance things).. grand total about 1200. My car runs a lot smoother than before. They are a small privately owned shop but extremely professional and got my car back to me in 2 days. I will continue to bring my car to these guys.

I was not surprised to see that Complete Auto Care has all five-star ratings on Google. My wife and I have been taking both our Acuras here for several years. Kevin is as honest as they come. I started bringing my car here after another shop in town said I needed a new transmission. Kevin thought it just needed a fluid change. 60,000 miles the transmission is still fine. Kevin has always gotten us in for an appointment the week I call - usually within two days. Twice when Ive brought my car in with a warning light on hes check it out, found no problems and that something in the system just needed to be reset, and not charged me anything. As you can see, I cant say enough good about Kevin. Youll be happy you started bringing your car here.

My exhaust suddenly started sagging down under the van. I could only see so much by crawling under. I knew the exhaust was not leaking, and it was possibly only 1 or 2 broken hangers, but I didnt know who I could trust to work on it. Based on the Google reviews I decided to try Complete Auto Center. I dropped the van off in the afternoon, and within a half-hour Kevin called me and confirmed my thoughts. Total bill was way less than $100, and the van was ready the next morning. I have found my new mechanic, and Ill be recommending them to my friends and family.

Looking for a great mechanic in the NOVA area? I recommend Complete Auto Center Inc. without hesitation! Hands down the best mechanic I have ever taken a vehicle to. We came upon them by chance through a friend almost a year ago and I cant imagine ever taking our car somewhere else. They do great work at a reasonable price...all the while making you feel like family. I wanted to share because I know people are often looking for a good, reliable mechanic. Look no further!

I called to find out if they could do an alignment & balance on my car, and while they explained they did not do anything pertaining to tires, they referred me to another shop. They also gave me a price range for the services, so I know what is a reasonable price for the services I requested. I cant tell you how refreshing it is for a garage to give you some advice even when they cant service you!

Onof the best shops in the area with the best rates! I take all my vehicles to Kevin and his crew at Complete Auto and have always been happy. Great friendly service, no BS, they will not cheat you or sell you something you do not need, and hands down better then any other shops I have been to in the area. Kevin offers true customer service and takes care of you and you ride. Highly recommended!

We take all of our vehicles to Kevin. He is honest and I never leave with any doubt that what he said is actually what was needed. I am away on travel frequently and several times my wife has had to bring one of our vehicles in vehicle in for an issue and he always takes care of us and I trust that its done right. I cant think of another vendor I would recommend more.

I completely agree with the other two reviews. Kevin is incredibly helpful, honest, knowledgeable and didnt even charge me for some things! And he remembered me and my husband when we came back a year after we took the car in the first time. Its like he actually cares about YOU and not just the money he gets from you. So rare to find businessmen like him these days.

Look no further, this is the place for all your automotive needs. Great service professional and above all HONEST!!!!!! Kevin and his guys will take care of you. Rear brakes needed work. I read the reviews and they did not fabricate the truth about C.A.C. Inc. This shop has that personal old time mom and pop hardware store feel. You will not be disappointed.
