I dont usually write reviews, and I happen to be heavily involved in the auto world from an enthusiast standpoint. I sent my wife to have a slow leaking tire repaired. My wife took our minivan with our 4 kids to the shop, and was told the tire had so many holes in it, it needed to be replaced. She called me from the shop, and told me the news. I asked if they could match the tire. The response was no, but they could sell us a tire at a "discount." They also advised a pair would need to be purchased. Fair enough, but I dont prefer to mix tires and tread patterns. I told my wife to go to a place where she could buy the same tire. They told my wife they took out the staples and nails from the tire so it would leak too fast and it wouldnt be safe to drive. She called me again, I told her if the tire pressure monitoring system light was off, she was probably fine to just drive it home and I would deal with it after work. This morning I took the van to another shop (reputable and I have spent 1000s of dollars with them in tires) and they repaired it free and said there were no other holes than just the one. So surmise what you will about this shop... Making money? Or gaining customer? Hmmm, too bad I have 2 other cars that will be needing tires soon. Where will I go?

Hit a road hazard that cut a tire and bent my (steel) rim slightly. Anwar banged it out neatly with a ball-peen hammer (no charge). They installed new Generals the next day (from Tirebuyer) for less than Firestone (Tirebuyer shows incorrect installation fees) in about 1/2 hour. They checked alignment (because of the damage to the rim) for no charge and found it was OK. And, they did not over-torque my lugs like Firestone did the last time I bought tires. Fortunately, I had Honda rotate my tires before this flat, otherwise I would not have been able to get the wheel off. I will continue to use this Goodyear.

I took my car in for a transmission flush and wheel alignment. They put in the wrong transmission fluid which the manual says may cause internal damage, and they put grease all over the CV boots then pushed changing out a front axle. After seeing the mess on my wheel, I pulled the wheel, cleaned off the boot, and there was no crack in the boot, but there was lots of clean grease all over the wheel, wheel well, and side of the engine. It was fresh grease, because it was not gritty from catching road dirt. This place is not to be trusted!

I had a giant chunk of metal in my tire and needed a new tire quickly. I went here simply because it was on my way home. These guys got me in and out with a new tire, balance and alignment in 45 minutes. Very nice and attentive staff. They even told me about another Goodyear location that could service my new tire closer to my home. I definitely recommend this Goodyear location.

Brought my car in for a tire repair. They took my car right back and had the tire fixed in no time. When he called my name to come up to the counter, I was getting my wallet out when he said not to worry about it. These were not even tires I bought at their shop. Excellent service and I will be back for any car issues I have.

Always a good experience. Not always the best price in town, but they can usually accommodate us when needed. I recently had a nail in my tire, took it over there, and it didnt need any repairs (it went into the tread sideways). No charge. Guys are friendly and can usually find me a coupon for the job.

Reviews says it all. Havent even made it to shop for a tire rotation, tried to make appointment for a tire rotation, guy who picked up the call is rude and apathetic. You can shut your store down if you dont care about making business.

Ran over a nail in a parking lot the day before I went. Came in the next morning and the service was great. The manager named Daniel took care of the flat tire right away and was genuinely kind. Also, it didnt cost me a dime.
