Took my truck to this place due to misfire on cylinders 1,5,7. They quoted me 2 weeks. 3 Weeks later I got my truck back ticking horribly. And all of the sudden the air conditioner was not working. Before I got back to work the check engine light came on. Took the truck back to El Pino, They gave me lots of excuses and a week later told me my truck was ready again. I picked it up with a horrible ticking noise and before I got back to work the check engine light came on again. Took the truck back to El Pino, They gave me lots of excuses and a week later told me my truck was ready again. Finally the ticking is gone but the Air Conditioner is not working and the check engine light came on before I got back to work. Unless if you like problems do not use these guys. They talk a nice game but they do not deliver on time or provide quality service.

The price for the engine repair changed from the price I was told over the phone, when I went in to pick of the vehicle. Ridiculous surprise after an extremely long repair. I travelled 5 blocks and the vehicle dropped dead at a signal light. I called back to the shop, I spoke with Francisco. He decided to share with me that he had driven the vehicle without any problem and the issue is probably the battery. In my opinion, extremely slow, poor service and a total lack of business acumen.

These guys are the best! Had my 4.7 ram motor rebuilt and they not only did a great job, but they also fixed a few problems that I myself had caused! Worth the hour drive from NRH and I would do it again! Thanks, Fransico! Honest with integrity!!
