Today was my 3rd visit here. Last 2 visits were fine. You know what. Now I am not sure what really happened in last 2 visits. Let me tell you what happened today. I asked them to check the brakes of my car. They checked and told me the rear brakes are bad and are at a stage where you cant wait much. Along with rear brakes, they said I should also be changing my cars brake oil. I was confused. Because in my previous visits they did change it just a month back. Upon mentioning, they checked their system and backed off from their brake oil recommendation. So they told me an estimate of close to $250 for rear brakes. Since I was already confused what was going on, I told them I am going to take a second opinion. They charged me $30 for the work they did. So I left the place and came to another reputed place on eldorado. Told them to check my brakes. They checked it for free. And told me brakes are in great shape. They told me the rear ones are 8mm right now. And I left the place. Now you tell me what to think of that right now. Isnt that something that would make you decide not to go there anymore???

I also had a terrible experience with this shop! I went in for a tire rotation and an alignment, then told them to go ahead and put wiper blades on my car. In the end I paid 120 dollars for two wiper blades. I waited two hours for the repair and when I left was told my car was in good condition. When I pulled away it was obvious that my alignment had not been done because my car still pulled hard to the left. When I got home I was astonished that my tires hadnt been rotated either! (I l knew this because I had one new rim and it was still in the same location.) I returned to the shop and they refunded my money only for the tire rotation and insisted my alignment was correct. I went that day to firestone and had them redo the alignment. It was completely off so I brought that alignment report back to Fastlane and he refused to look at it or refund my money!! These people are thieves!! (The person I was dealing with called himself the operations manager and refused to give me the owners info)

This facility changed management (or perhaps ownership) a few years ago. I mention this because of a few bad experiences with the prior management. If you have not gone here in a long time, please do as things have changed for the better. We have been taking one of our cars there for about two years now. The new management gets things done quickly, no BS and at a reasonable price.
