After 3 different shops performed front end alignment without a satisfactory result I found Rallye and my 2002 Crown Vic finally is steering correctly!!! These guys are excellent. Very ethical shop as I asked for brake service and shocks. They advised shocks only leaking on back and only needed brake linings of front. After 4 thousand miles of hard road and pot holes from Plano to Utah and back my front end is still running straight as a stick...Could not be more satisfied.

Had a wheel bearing replaced at the shop on Hillcrest, they had my car in and out the next day! I was a little concerned when they came back with two or three others things that needed to be done. But they said the other repairs werent urgent and didnt push me to get them done. I really appreciated their honesty and thoroughness. Its been two weeks since they fixed the wheel bearing and I havent had any issues with the repair!

Went for an oil change and to get my front passenger turn signal bulb fixed. They had me in and out fairly quickly, even after noticing a screw in my rear passenger tire. At checkout I asked about the turn signal and the service manager said theyd forgotten, but if Id give them another five minutes theyd fix it no charge. I did. They did. And I will be giving them more of my business in the future.

Ive been going to Rallye since the early 90s. They are honest, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They will explain what needs to be done to my car now, and what can wait. When my son was told by another mechanic that his entire A/C system had to be replaced, he took it to Rallye for a second opinion and learned that he only needed a few parts replaced. Rallye saved him hundreds of dollars.
