The main office is always closed. A client/potential client has to call a phone number so the living in manager can meet you at the door. The temperature control unites are just cold enough to say they are temperature controlled. The hallways are not kept clean, unlike other storage facilities I have used in the passed. The only reason I am still with them is because I do not have a choice. As soon as a closer location becomes available we are moving our stuff.

Ive been there for two months, I had no problems. Friendly staff and has that small business feel. They are not trying to sell you on a climate unit or a larger unit, just honest.
