Customer service, lighting, its clean, affordable, online payment system and great management team is just a few of the amazing things i could say about this storage. they are located very close to the galleria, green way plaza, a few miles from downtown and just a block away from river oaks. their units are clean, rat free, odor free and secured 24/7 with an exceptional office staff.. I must say Barbara is the sweetest thing in this world after chocolate covered almonds from whole foods, her smile brings happiness to the nasty weather Houston has and Brad is just a piece of heaven with his kind words. i must say they are extremely helpful and polite, i would give them 5 stars at any time. thank you so much big tex storage for all of your help!

We chose Big Tex because of its great security features and high visibility. Besides the usual closed circuit cameras and individually alarm-armed locks, the elevators are password protected and there is a single main entrance that is visible from a major street (and to police). Carts are plentiful and we used their complimentary moving truck to move our belongings in. The facilities are brand new and immaculate. To top it off, everyone who works there is super friendly and helpful.

Just moved to the Greenway plaza area and found Big Tex Storage on google. Visited this Houston storage facility and immediately rented a unit. I have stored at the large national chains before and MUCH prefer Big Tex. Safe, clean, customer friendly and all at a good price compared to Bulls Eye & Public Storage. Thanks Big Tex!

Great customer service. They were very patient with me and showed me a variety of units to ensure I was more than satisfied. The location is super convenient to my moving location which is also a great plus. Free month doesnt hurt either. lol ; )
