BEWARE! I took my van in to have it looked at. Rodolfo the service tech in the front took my keys and said they would look at it. Before I signed the ticket I asked him if there was going to be a charge to have it looked at. He kindly replied NO there will not be a charge and he would call me before anything would be done... WELL that was a lie. He called me the next day to tell me what needed to be fix - never mentioned they added the car care package - rotated my tires, vehicle inspection, tire pressure check, battery test (thanks for resetting my electronics) and some oil leak detection. As I picked up the van the next day Daphnie (very kind lady) surprised me with a bill. We got Rodolfo on the phone and he continued his lie by stating that my wife made an appointment for this and he had told her about all of this. Funny how I dropped the car off at 5:30 pm on 6/6 randomly after to speaking with a friend who recommended FireStone. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND the location and would recommend you go over to NTB, Christian Brothers (Northside of the highway on 77) or the mechanics downtown! Be sure to watch your bill so they dont add some random service to boast the numbers.

I used them a week ago for new tires and alignment. I was told that my car needed additional work to address an issue, which we approved. One of the parts needed for the additional work were to be ordered but when I hadnt received an update, I called and was told that they were not able to get the part. When I picked the car up, it was in worse shape than when I picked it up. I have since taken my car to a different repair center where two completely different issues were discovered. I also found that the center cap was missing from one of my wheels but the shop could not locate it and have not been forthcoming on keeping me updated on their suggested resolution for this issue. I am very very disappointed in the level of expertise and customer service we have encountered at this visit. In the past, we have been satisfied with our purchases and had no reason to believe we would receive anything less.

Traveling between Austin and Dallas hit object on the I35 that caused a complete blowout on my tire. It was late and the tow truck was not going to be able to get me to the store before closing. I anticipated dropping the key in the slot and getting a call the next day. When I arrived at the store it was well past closing by Matt the manager was there and came out to greet me. He took my information and let me know he would have it taken care of the next day. As promised he called me early the next day and gave me options to solve my problem. Loved the customer service that is so rarely seen these days. Matt was helpful, friendly and polite. When I picked up the car the next day I asked for a recommendation on a local restaurant and was just as pleased with his recommendation as I was with his service on my tire. Thanks for making a bad day better.

This is the second time that I have brought my vehicle here and will be the last. I have been very dissatisfied with how slow this location is. The first time I brought it in to save time on an oil change, because they told me they could get me right in. It took well over an hour to change the oil with someone there working at the truck nearly the whole time. (it was one of the only ones in the shop at the time) This second time I brought my truck in for an inspection because once again they said they were not having a busy day and it shouldnt take too long. 3 hours later they still cant even tell me the status of my truck. Im sure they do decent work, but they seem to have no regard for customers time, and dont seem to have a problem keeping your vehicle all day even for the most simple jobs.

RUN FROM THIS PLACE! Ask around I guarantee youll get more negative comments than positive. Here is a common FIRESTONE practice: You have a problem with your automobile. You take it to Firestone and explain the problem. They look at it and explain a number issues that your car has. You agree for them to fix it. You pay a hefty chunk of money. Drive off the lot and your car STILL has the same problem. You go back, upset. They diagnose your problem and offer to take off the "labor" to fix it. In the end theyve gotten alot more money out of you than it took to fix your problem and not to mention,as in my case, they fix it incorrectly and youll be back with the same problem in a year.

Another instance here of spending close to $700. Still had the same problem afterward, plus two days after leaving my check engine light came on. I took the car back, explaineded to them that I had just been there and had fuel injectors changed and that now my light was on. They said "its not the fuel injectors, but we can diagnose it for $80." I said no Ill go somewhere else. I went to Autozone and got the error code for free, googled the error and multiple sources said the error somtimes comes from fuel injectors.

Dont waste your time. Dropped my car off for a oil change at 10:30am called at 3:30pm for updated was told it will be ready by the time they close (5:00pm) I showed at 4:30 car still parked in the same spot from this morning and was told it would be ready in 30 mins. Why would I give someone my money for horrible service? I USE to take all 3 of my vehicles here not anymore after today. Trust me if they would do this for a oil change just think if it was something major. Watch out they will still your time from you!

Got my brakes pads replaced about a week ago. Had to go back the next day because there was a squeaking while my car was in motion that stopped when I braked. They "fixed" the problem. Flash forward to 4 days later, when I apply pressure to my brakes there is a terrible creaking sound. Going back tomorrow to "fix" the problem one more time. Good place for tires, but thats it....

Quick and easy. I first came here because one of my tires was low. The manager came out and filled up my tire no problem. I then decided to come here for my ongoing car care. Everytime I come here I feel more educated about my car and very respected. I come in the morning to avoid any potential crowds.

Dropped my wifes vehicle off for a alignment, oil change and brake service at 11am. Was quoted two hour wait. Called back in two hours and they hadnt even started. Was then quoted two hours from that time. I will never do business with them again.

They are honest and friendly. I went to have my brakes checked, and they told me they where a bit worn, but I could wait to have them replaced as there wasnt any safety risk. Plus they went ahead and rotated my tires for free.

Showed up 45 mins before closing. Asked for a state inspection. Was turned away becaude they were too busy. I looked in the shop to see all the technicians sitting in chairs and 1 leaning on a customers fender. Too busy i guess
