I dont normally write reviews, but in this instance I was pleasantly surprised (if not downright floored). The place looked a little "meh" from the outside, but then again, most auto repair places seem to--maybe its just me. I took my car in because of a wheel bearing issue, and they took a look at it, test drove it with me, and lifted it up+diagnosed it for free. Other places Ive dealt with seem to want money upfront for the same sorta thing. Basically, within ~15 minutes, they knew what was wrong and had a sane price + ETA. The ETA ended up being off by about an hour, but they did seem pretty busy, and, considering my past experiences with auto repair places--and god forbid, dealerships--they practically set world records with their lightning-fast speed. :D They didnt try to upsell me anything or claim I "needed" anything else (even though I know theres tons of stuff I still need, including my inspection), and I felt like everyone I encountered was--I dunno how better else to put it--"real." In other words, I felt like they were honest about who they were, what they were telling me, and didnt have to hide behind plaques, titles, and jargon; and, they didnt talk down to me. Being real goes a long way with me, and its something that I, and probably most people, rarely encounter with the people fixing our cars. Oh, and perhaps the coolest part--at least for me--was that they had free sodas in their waiting rooms minifridge + assorted bite-sized chocolates in a jar above it. Ive never encountered that, but it just confirmed to me that they werent there to gouge people for literally every nickel and dime. Overall, A++. That said, Im basing this review off of one visit, so your mileage may vary. Ill happily be back, though. =)

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS, CHEATER, UNSKILLED, TRASH PEOPLE I have two bad experience with these cheater people. One day i had cigrette lighter plug not working, went there and they said they will charge me 45 dollar to look into it and whatever parts would be the extra. I refused and went to city garage, they just replaced fuse and did not charge me even. but this guys wanted to make money out of silly fuse replacing. I did my oil change last week, within leaving the shop i got Service engine Soon light, i went back there and told mechanic who work on it. He said that will gone in 20 miles drive. I drove 100 miles still the light remain same, call to Manager MOE, and he suggest me come over there. I went there and he just plugin code reader and suggest me i have faulty oxygen senser. Which surprise me how within in one minute of oil change i could have faulty senser. Again they suggest me to replace it with them with $400 and i search in google for oxygen senser of my nissan 1998 altima, that is only $48.00 worth. i found the same kind of review and found that they did not change airfilter with original one and try to fit it with cutting it with other generic one. @Parker shop they always try to cheat people and wanted to make money anyway. I strongly do not recommend these guys. As i m going to complaint against them in BBB and will file claim against them.

This place, management and owner are all a big scam. I got in an accident in my car. I took the car to them for repairs and body work. This was all paid for by my insurance company. They made several attempts to pass off cheap parts at top quality parts prices. I caught them on it several times. When I asked why they are putting on cheap parts and charging top parts price? The owner (Abe) stated they are required to fix the car for exactly the price given by the insurance company. After speaking to the insurance company I find out this is a lie. The manager (Chase) gave me two different estimates for the job with different prices for the same parts. For instance the first estimate had a $96 charge for a tire, the second estimate $118 for the tire. The tire they actually put on the car was a $50 tire. I ended up buying my own tire, made them remove $118 from my estimate and put the tire on the car. A job I was initially told would take a few days top took almost two weeks because of these lies! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!

Sent my wife to get her vehicle inspected. She was told it failed because the brakes needed to be replaced, fluid flushed and was low. Instead of putting $2 worth of brake fluid in the failed her and started quoting $400 worth of service. I get home and look, reservoir was half full about 1/4" from max fill line. I use to love going to you guys but last few times have proven your now rip off artist. Colton flowers, your wrong for that, we will not becoming back ever and as someone in reputation management Im going to do my damnest to make sure everyone knows you guys are crooks.. You guys did some similar crooked stuff on my sierra a while back as well.. Just cause they are female doesnt mean they dont know or have someone that knows whats up. Worth the $25 to prove your crooks, only wish it was recorded.

I brought my car here for repairs and after a month, I got it back. After being in an accident, I brought my car to a different shop. They informed me that the paint used was a cheap grade that does not hold up well, and then pointed out all of the scratching that should not be happening had the right paint been used. I now just got a call saying that several pieces of the car, that had been paid to Samstone to fix by insurance, were never touched or repaired correctly. So, on top of the lack of communication, the smoke ridden rental car I received from them, and the long wait for the car, I now realize that I received shoddy work from Samstone Auto, and do not recommend this place to anyone. It may seem cheaper, but youre definitely getting cheaper quality parts and repair jobs that cut corners.

i had this place do an oil change on my 2000 lumina and nothing was wrong with my motor or radiator, it was done april 5,2014. couple days later my car started running funny and pulling pack, i had a mobile mechanic come get it and when he looked he said there was no oil filter and the motor was froze, my motor was just fine before.i only drove my car 34 miles before it quit driving, when my mechanic looked at it there was no oil in my motor and froze it. i went to the shop many times and even gave abe the own many chances to fix the problem and he either ignored me or said he was not liable for the problem, i found the filter down the street from my house and alot of oil in my garage. so i will be filing papers in the morning.

Buyers be aware! They have a lot of coupons to get you in the door, and sell you something else or charge a much higher price. I went there for a quick state inspection (they have a promotion going on at the time, or maybe all the time), but ended up paying $90 for replacing a belt that is necessary to pass the state inspection. Worst part, the belt was making squeaky sound right on the second day. My wife went for a discounted oil change ($17.99 from the coupon), and ended up paying $40 due to the addition of a filter (isnt it included for oil change in most other places?). Worst part, it was a surprise at the end for the additional charges, theres no notifications of the 2x price difference before the work is completed.
