Until yesterday 4-8-17!!! I would say I have had a good experienced with this Firestone location. I Dropped car off for an alignment. Was called two hours later for me to come pick up my car. Wonderful. When I got there I stood at the counter for close to 10 minutes and no one assisted me. Michael W was on a call and everyone else were non existent. Finally he got off of the call and went straight into the repair area without an acknowledgement . Im still standing with no assistance! Finally a service man ( I believe named Michael also)? Came near the counter. After another three to five minutes he begin to put in a order for another customer from a telephone call. He finally asked me if Michael Walton was helping me. I responded No. no one is helping me. He then said, give me a few minutes. Several minutes later, Michael W came back into the front near the counter. At this time, 2-3 more customers were in line. He (Michael W)THEN, started assisting the other customers !!! I finally said oh I am just getting skipped like I havent been standing here?!? He pretended like he did not hear me and continued to skip me. Finally the other serviceman (Michael) checked me out. Needless to say, It was rude and I spent my money for service like everyone else. I WILL NOT be going to DESOTO location ever again!! The CEO needs to incorporate customer service skills and training at this facility. They are lucky I was on good behavior that day!

This location is so unprofessional. I called to see if they could plug my tire, and they said to come over they could take care of me. It took me 20 minutes to get there and when I arrived they told me I took too long and they sent the extra worker home and there was only one mechanic left that night. So I was stuck with a tire that was going flat instead of them taking 15 minutes to throw a plug in it. Today I tried to give them another chance. I scheduled an inspection. When I arrived at my scheduled time I was told the inspector was doing something else and I would have to wait an hour before I could be seen. So I wasted taking time off work for nothing, what was the point of making an appointment if they werent going to keep it? The people who work there lack any concept of customer service or even common sense. They just stare at you blankly when you ask them what they plan to do to solve the problem.

Brought my Jeep in at 10AM after speaking with employee on phone and was told that they could do a alignment on it. It was not a return for a free alignment but a new job for them. Was informed that it would be done in the afternoon and did not receive a call from them. I called at 6PM and was told that in was next in line and to come at near closing to pick it up. Got there 15 minutes till closing and my Jeep was still sitting in the same parking spot as I left it that morning and asked why nothing was done to it and only got a answer that they had problems with their schedules. I had to make special arrangements to drop this car off and could have went elsewhere and got the work done that day. I have used this shop for several vehicles in the past but dont think I will be back for any new or return services.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service .. I will recommend a customer to this Firestone. Joe is an Outstanding mechanic and has more than 10 years of experience.. Micheal, Cody,and Ashton has outstanding customer service . I walked in and they greeted me at the door and took care of me like i was family. The only thing i dont recommend is expecting a vehicle to be done in the estimated time. They take the time out to make sure everything on a car is checked out and done the correct way before sending it off. I would highly recommend that you drop it off.

I used to go this Firestone for years. You could just walk in and get serviced within a hour or so, but for the last 2-3 years you hardly ever get your serviced the same day you come in. Theyre are always booked up, or over booked. They insist you to make an appoint for another day, or go to another Firestone store. The only thing they will do for you is call another store to see if they can work you in...

This store is soooooooooo dog gone slow. Ridiculous.........they close at 5, but its 5:30 and they are still working on my car and I dropped it off at noon. Just to get it inspected and get 3 tires........will not recommend this location to anyone. (2/28/16)

Got a NEW Tire and Alignment done. The VERY NEXT DAY the SAME Tire went flat and the Valve Stem leaked air. My car said Tire Pressure System Fault... and they didnt acknowledge the problem.
