Came to this place to get an inspection, was informed by the technician that my wiper blade was low and would not pass inspection. No problem, left and went to Wal-Mart and bought new blades. Not to mention the wiper blade worked ok still but it is what it is. I come back to get the inspection and the guy proceeds to give me a lecture on he will fail cars everytime for windshield wiper blades and I can go look at the chart. I just left I didnt complain when u told me. I dont need a lecture just need you to take care of service I will pay for. Anyways went to another location and got the inspection done and will not be back to this facility.

Another auto repair shop told me to bring in my car where they would diagnose and repair it. They said it would take a couple of days. But then I saw Kwik Kar in Waxahachie and drove in. They serviced me right away, repaired the problem with my car, and did an oil change all at a good price and under and hour and a half! I was amazed at the quality of work they did, how friendly the employees were (in the garage and at customer service), and how great the communication was. I later received a coupon in the mail and a thank you card. I will now be taking my car there from now on. Great work guys!

Went and got an oil change and an inspection done. Service wasnt to bad. Lady at the counter was very friendly with all the customers she checked out. Service seemed a little slower than I expected, but wasnt to bad as it was towards the end of normal lunch hours and still busy. Will go back, but hopefully find a value on their oil change, as I found it a bit on the more expensive side vs what Im use to.

UPDATE! This place is still top notch. The guy running the shop is a leader and takes care of his employees which leads to taking care of me ( the customer). Way happier going here then the others.

I take my personal and company vehicles to KK. I not only have had oil changes.... brakes, glow plugs, inspections, spark plugs ect.. They always take good care of me, my employees and family.

If they are going to advertise full service including tuneup, wish they could perform the tuneup on something as simple as a dodge pickup other than that nice building good coffee
