How refreshing to do business with a company that understands and delivers customer service. From my initial interaction on the phone,( asking how long the wait was on getting a State Inspection) to being greeted in the lobby by the man that spoke to me on the phone. I was trying to avoid a lengthy wait...it was babysitting day and I had my 11 month old granddaughter with me. I was treated like royalty. The men, all being Daddys and/or Granddaddys understood the delicate balance of timing when a baby is involved. Although I was not the only customer on-site at that time, they made me feel like I was. Their lobby was amazing, it felt like a living room. It was clean and inviting. So clean, that I let the baby crawl around. I have never let a baby touch anything in a repair shop, much less crawl on the floor. The icing on the cake was the reading material available. The books for children included Bible Stories and even a Childrens Bible. I found myself sitting on the floor reading about Jonah and the Whale to my Granddaughter. In a world where people are intimidated from addressing their beliefs, this company stands on it. I applaud them. Their Christianity is not in name alone...it is what they are.

Failed at knowledge and basic diagnostic testing of basic manual transmission issues. As an experienced mechanic myself, I believe the individual that inspected my manual transmission needs to bone up on diagnosing basic manual transmission issues. Although I must admit after leaving my transmission worked much better, BUT I was almost duped for a near $1000 (steep price to me) for what turned out was a basic service issue that was a little over due - a low fluid level! - as I had originally suspected. If a shop fails at such basic things, I have to ask what else are they failing at and possibly over charging for? Im guessing "Christian" is just a last name, not an indication of a higher level of excellence. Also I was told there was a 20% discount for first time customers via Dave Ramsey - apparently not true - I had to keep re-reminding them about it and in the end only got a mere 1% discount - I paid the bill just to get out of there and to get away from a rude and obnoxious customer at the counter who wouldnt shut the F up with his woman-ish babbling.

I have used these guys a handful of times. Twice they floored me with their honesty. I had my car serviced with a reputable dealership in the area, and the dealership always tried to push more than what I wanted to use. I recently had a leak on my vehicle. I took it to the dealership, and they said that it was going to cost $1,000+ to fix it. Well, that sounded ridiculous to me. Believe me, I take great care of our vehicles, so if this service needed to be done, then I wanted to have it performed. However, I wanted a second opinion. In comes CBA...Donnie and Walter were nothing but honest with me. They checked my vehicle thoroughly and found the source of the leak. It was a loose screw and gasket. They tightened it for me and didnt charge me a dime. Car has been running smooth since, and that was almost a year ago. Bottom line, I value the integrity of the team here, and Ill keep coming back.

Ive been a customer with Christian Brothers for over 10 years. They have given nothing but great service at a great price. They work with my busy schedule and allow me to drop and pick up my car and pay by credit card over the phone. Reading the existing reviews seems like one of them is from a competitor or something. If that guy is a mechanic himself and it was just fluid levels, then HE needs to work on his diagnostic abilities. The story doesnt add up A mechanic would be able to fix a fluid level problem without issue - which would then not necessitate a trip to the mechanic.

The entire staff is fantastic. As always the shop is clean and the shuttle service is very much appreciated. I took my car to them today for a small sound in my exhaust they told me they could fix it but that I should shop around at a muffler shop as they would have to replace more then what was likely required because they dont usually cut and weld at their shop. I ended up taking my car to a muffler shop which resolved the issue for half the price. However, their honesty was very much appreciated I will continue to bring my business to Christian Brothers of Plano for all of my needs.

We have taken our many vehicles to Christian Brothers Plano for many years. One can not say enough good things about this repair shop. Donnie the manager is great. You never feel pressured at anytime. If it is not broken, they will tell you and not fix it. If they see something, they will let you know and give you options. We have never been disappointed by their customer service or work product. Having car problems is never fun, but Christian Brothers in Plano at least takes the sting out and let you know every time that they will take care of you. You feel like family!!!

As a weekend-warrior mechanic, I knew what the problem was with my truck - but didnt have the exact knowledge or tools to fix the issue. Christian Brothers was excellent in diagnosing and further explaining the problem. They advised me of possible other issues, but didnt try to sell or force me into anything. The repair was quick and the communication was top-notch. The price was a little high, but the piece of mind was well worth it. I would definitely use them again for any automotive repairs.

Got my vehicle inspected knowing one of the headlights was out, it passed and they didnt say anything. One of my vehicles didnt have a front license plate when I first got it. They didnt say anything about that. I asked them for a quote for some work, after bugging them several times, I finally got a quote over email. I wrote back with a question, they never responded. And shortly after I was added to their email marketing list... which I never signed up for...

We had to take my husbands car in today, which ended up needing a TON of work.. and they have taken amazing care of everything. There was a slight mix up with exactly what was wrong, which ended with a bigger bill than we had originally thought, but everything was made right and they really took care of us. I am so appreciative. Very honest and caring people. We came here for a second opinion, but this place will be our first stop next time! Carley Langford

I have taken my vehicle to this location twice and I really like their professionalism and service. Really quality staff and they stand behind their work- they were even courteous to point out additional items that needed attention. They dont hassle you or put any pressure on you and they give you timely updates of the status of your vehicle. If you want great service from reliable company- take your car to Christian Brothers- highly recommend!!!
