I didnt mind the actual car buying experience besides the fact it took forever for them to complete the paperwork, it was the aftermath that was terrible service. I didnt have my down payment with me at the time we bought the car, so I took it in later but the accounting office was closed (they close at 1 pm, I dont know how any full time working person is supposed to get there before they close and I start work before they open). They then took my payment the old fashioned way and wrote it down on an old receipt form. I then get a letter in the mail two weeks later saying I hadnt paid. So I call them up and they say, oh looks like we received your payment after the letter was sent. I paid two weeks before that letter was sent. Thank you for accusing me of something I clearly had not done. It was definitely your fault, take some responsibility. Then I waited a month for my plates to come in the mail only to have a letter come that told us to pick up the plates. I spent thousands of dollars on a car and you cant pay to mail me my license plates? I will never willingly go there again.

I am the Division Manager of Mattawa Industrial Services we have a fleet of 7 Ford trucks that we exclusively service at Westland Ford. With this particular truck, the parts came in about 4 days late. Then once the truck was finished a tech took the truck for a test drive, which is completely understandable. However, on my way into work that morning I saw my work truck at Farr West Family Dental. I called Jim Twitchwell, my service rep. He informed me that the truck was fixed but still needed to be test driven. I then asked Jim why my truck was sitting at a dentist office in Farr West? Jim had no answer. He called the driver and called me back confirming that the driver decided to go to his dentist appointment while test driving my truck. Needless to say, this is extremely unprofessional and I am beyond upset with this situation. Mattawa will no longer use Westland Ford.

Was charged $108 for diagnosis. THen they quoted $511!!! for part replacement (250+ labor). I knew the part was easy to remove (two bolts!!!!!) and found the part in town for $90. I also knew the part could be cleaned to restore function (EGR Valve). I went home pulled and cleaned the part and had the truck done and running well in 30 min. THis is not the only occasion i have experienced this with Westland. Each time I give them a try I say I wont be back. I WILL NOT RETURN!

The guys in the service bay at Westland Ford are the best. They take care of anything that I ask. They call if there is an issue to speak with me about it. They go above and beyond to make sure my truck is up to date and stays in great shape. I trust these guys to do what is needed.

We leased a 2017 Escape from Westland the end of June. Salesman Ray Thompson was great to work with. Answered all our questions and provided good information. We feel like we got a fair deal on the price. Westland folks were great to help with Bluetooth set up and the Ford Pass app.
