This is an old school shop! What that means to me, is that this team is hand-shake honest...thats a good thing! As soon as you walk in, youll feel the passion for a job well done! They are technically proficient and fully capable of servicing modern machines as well as helping folks on a budget keep the older vehicles safe, reliable and on the road. The owners and their team know whether they can tackle a job or not...they wont take you for a ride. If they know what it is, theyll tell you. Likewise, if they dont know theyll tell you that too! They also know to whom to send you among like minded business owners for the situations where your technical problem may be better served. This isnt a dirty, cluttered naked girl-calendar shop either. You can send your mother there with no fears, just make sure you call and set up an appointment first. The shop is tidy and is fully equipped to handle the range of services that they accept; from safety and emissions, through full-on engine R&R. I cant say that they are cheap, cause they arent...but "there aint no such thing as a free lunch." It is expensive to maintain a proficient staff, safe working conditions and ultimately to do the job correctly the first time. Roy 66 is fairly priced, and you get what you pay for...and a bit more, if you count simple customer service and old school charm. Maybe Im biased...okay, so Im biased. You wont be disappointed. As I and my vehicles age, Ive come to rely on Mark, Jason and their team more and more...and plan to as long as Im on the earth...and my kids havent taken my keys away :)

Honesty. Integrity. Thats how I feel after after speaking with an individual at Roy 66. I called in to ask about having an alignment done on my vehicle and they said they could do it middle of next week. Before I scheduled the appointment I did have one question to ask... I asked if their alignment machine was capable of performing an alignment without scratching my brand new aftermarket wheels that I have recently purchased. What happened next is why I was compelled to leave a review. He told me that as much as he would like the business he feels that there are machines out there that are going to be better suited to protect my investment and he continued on to tell me the type of machine to look for in order to achieve the finesse Im looking for. To sum it up, the honesty and integrity to give advise that will ultimately result in them not receiving my money for this particular automotive need to protect my best interests towards my vehicle, has made Roy 66 earn my respect and I will certainly call them first for any other automotive needs. Its good to know there is still some integrity and respect out in the world. Very well done Roy 66.

My family has been going to Roy 66 for awhile now and they have been the best mechanic shop we have been to! I had problems with my car so I took it to the dealership where I bought the vehicle and they added up about $1,000 worth of fixing I had to do. I took it to Jason and he informed me I only had to get my transmission fluid flushed which will only be about $100-150. They have ran multiple diagnostics which have always been honest and fair. I highly recommend Roy 66!

Avoid this place unless you like giving away money Went to have my A/C repaired $800 later its still broken and they claimed I told them not to install a part that I later found out was $50 They did nothing at all when I went to confront them about the issue, pretty much treated me like they were to busy to address the issue Very unprofessional...complete joke Hope this post saves someone from the headache I went through

Ive gone to Roy 66 off and on for years. theyve always done a good job, they inform you if there is reason for a price change in their quote, and they give you options. ie brake job - just pads, pads and resurface rotors or pads and new rotors. I had a brake job done on the cheap somewhere else and they just put on pads when the rotors needed resurfacing, it was an annoying squeak for ages.
