I am the Master Plumber representing Fair $ Dollar Plumbing and Drain, based here in Ashburn and serving local Northern Virginia. I ask you to please note all of our previous customer opinions over the years, all of which were 5 Stars for 5 Stars with every and all customers.. This Shawn individual is some crackpot or with a competing company that is merely attempting to make us look bad to any future customers. No work what so ever was done for him and we have been noted as The Best Rated Plumber in Northern Va. We are here to repair your plumbing as a neighbor and a friend, I manage Fair$Dollar and my name is Tully Tavares. If you question us in any way, look us up everywhere else, such as other google referances, insidertrading, Seven 7 on your side.......... Better Yet look at the BBB, yes, The Better Business Bureau. View their internal detail, deeper within them. You will see that we have never ever ever ever had any customer complaints. We are not like a number of the other Big Plumbing Companys that rip off so many people customers that you will see an extended amount of complaints. With these firms, you may see the A+ rating, but when you do look inside, you see many unhappy people that complained and later had a plumber return or had their money refunded. WHO HAS HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANNNNY REPAIR AND THOUGHT TO THEMSELVES, I WONT CALL THEM ANYMORE??? Think, ask yourself this, WHO PAYS FOR THE TV COMMERCIAL OR THE FULL PAGE ADDDDD? YOU, the customer... The owner of this company (Tully) came to my house to fix a leaky faucet. I gave him the name of the faucet in advance because the company went out of business. He "fixed" it in less than an hour and charged me a whopping $200 (so much for the "Fair" in Fair Dollar Plumbing). The first time I used the faucet, it started leaking again. I didnt want him coming back to my house because he told my 22-year old daughter and 17-year-old son that the pipes in my house were made of bad material but if I broke them, I could probably get insurance to replace them for free (thats called insurance fraud). So I contacted the Better Business Bureau and complained. Tully said he wasnt at fault but that if I provided him with a receipt, he would refund my money. He didnt provide a receipt! In fact, he didnt even want a check from me and offered me a 5% discount if I paid in cash. (Think maybe hes pulled this before?) But Id already written the check so I gave it to him. I supplied a copy of the cashed check to the BBB and Tully said he would send me the check "soon". That was weeks ago and still no check. He "fixed" my faucet back in January and its now April. Dont do business with this company!!!

I had an emergency clog and backup in my main bathroom on a Sunday morning! I tried calling the big name plumbers and got an automated answering service. So, I ran across Fair $ Dollar and instantly was greeted with a person (Tully) who listened to my plumbing issues and was able to quickly assess what he thought was wrong. I explained that I had a flight to catch that afternoon and was on a tight schedule. He was on the way to my house within an hour!!! Tully was very friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He took care of my plumbing issues and even offered advice on how to avoid future clogs! The best part was that I did not feel like I was over-charged. His price was fair and reasonable for the services he provided. I would definitely recommend him to others!

We called Fair Dollar Plumbing when the pipe connecting the sink to the drain in our guest bathroom completely broke off so that the sink couldnt be used...and we had guests coming to stay with us in just a few days! Tully completely understood the situation and brought with him a better & stronger replacement part that fit perfectly, and he installed it very quickly and professionally. He was courteous and prompt, and he double-checked his work to make sure that there were no more leaks and that everything worked well again. This is the first time weve used this company, and we were VERY impressed in all aspects of their services. Thanks very much, Fair Dollar Plumbing!

I had a leakage at the water heater and went to Home Depot just before before closing time to get some tools to clean up the damage. There I saw the truck of Fair Dollar and I approached the driver to ask for some advice. He was very friendly, informative and offered to help that same evening for a totally affordable quote. He arrived at the time we agreed and was professional, knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. He even gave me advice about a couple of other smaller plumbing issues. Will use them again, but hopefully not for a while!

Gus C - Im out near Dulles Airport and I had a problem in my kitchen that was related to the bathroom directly above. Long story short, a leak in the bathtub had worked its way through the floor and leaked through the ceiling to the kitchen below. Called Tully at Fair Dollar Plumbing, whom I used before and he came and saved the day....again. This is my first review and wanted to shout out Tullys quick response, professionalism and going beyond the call to address other issues he noticed. You cant go wrong with Tully and Fair Dollar Plumbing.

I had a plumbing issue and called Fair Dollar plumbing. Tully was personal and arrived within the hour. We discussed my issue and he advised me on how to resolve my problem. He went above and beyond to help me and I plan to call him back again with my plumbing problems. He charged me a Fair price considering the time he spent at my home. My sink is all fixed thanks for Fair Dollar Plumbing.

Called Tully out to source a drain blockage. He used MY OWN tools to source the blockage and recommended I fix it myself. He proceeded to sit in my home chat about his past lifestyle of drug use. When he finally started to leave he charged $200 for 15 minutes of work. I would NOT recommend him to a friend or foe. Its bad enough he left his own company a 5 star rating.

Tulley was quick to answer my call for an emergency pipe backup leak that came through my lower level ceiling! He instructed me to turn the main water valve off and was here quickly where he fixed all the issues-spent 4 hours here until all was completed. Would recommend him for any plumbing job/services! 5 Stars!

Mr. Tully was able to come to my residence in the middle of the night to fix a water pipe that had been accidentally ruptured. Out of about 10 places I called that were supposedly 24 hour emergency service, he is the only one that called me back promptly to address my issue. Great service!

Tried using a "Handyman Service" but the price and quality of service was a disaster! Called Fair Dollar Plumbing and everything was repaired by a "real plumber". The level of service was superior and the price was half. They even showed up on time!
