Discovered I had a gas line leak near a transition point iron to copper for my deck grill. Called Harries office: 1) surprised that someone answered the phone, 2) within a few min was told someone could be out within the hour, 3) "Team Leon" came out on time and quickly found problem -- a hidden crack in a brass nut, 4) Fix problem making the install better (prettier) than the original installation. 5) Finally (all plumbers are expensive) but fix cost was in line with the average hourly rate for Richmond area plumbers. Not sure how anyone could ask for more more -- fast and quality service at "reasonable" price.

I have had a plumbing and septic problem for a month. I have had several companies come out but they were not equipped to tackle the situation properly. After a conversation with Bob Harrie he sent 2 men out and not only did they find and fix my problems it was in 14-20 degree weather. They were professional, courteous and explained what they were doing as I was interested. The charges were very reasonable when you think about the fact I had already spent $500 and did not have the problem fixed. I wish I had know about them a month ago.

AWESOME! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Same day service. Very knowledgeable. Ready to do the work. With this company, you get what you pay for. They sent out 2 very personable workers that were able to identify and fix the problem I was having with my septic system. Dont waste your time calling around. I know if I need plumbing in the future this is who I will be calling! A+++

Overcharged and the owner was extremely rude and ill-mannered when called to discuss the rate charged. Would not even care to listen or compromise with me in any way. I had hoped to find a reputable plumber in the area since I had just moved and I was taken advantage of. Will never use again!

The service was prompt and efficient, but far from courteous. Its offensive for someone to come into my home and complain about being late for dinner when I am paying you weekend evening hours. He made $250 for 30 minutes of work. They need to improve customer service.

Best plumbing experience I have ever had. Bob sent his plumber Jason to help me with a septic problem. As a new homeowner I was super nervous and he put me at ease immediately, fixed the problem in less than 2 hours and it was very affordable!! Great customer service!

Installed the wrong parts while attempting to repair our outdoor unit. Had to get it fixed again by someone else a month later. They also showed a lack of professionalism by insisting that we discuss politics during their visit.

So glad I found this company. Bob did a great job getting our AC back up. Came in about an hour after my call. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable rate. If you need AC repair I would highly recommend
