Kevin Galenski has been my "go to" plumber since I moved to Northern VA. In the mid-nineties, he re-plumbed my entire townhouse in Sterling, VA when faulty polybutylene water pipes caused leaks throughout the house. I thought was going to cost a fortune, but his price was right in the middle and he came highly recommended. Later, when the water service from the street burst, I had him do the work because he and his crew had earned my trust. Now I live in Ashburn, VA and out of all the plumbing companies I could’ve called, I had Kevin over because one of the toilets kept backing up. He replaced it with an efficient, low-flush model that uses significantly less water than regular toilets. He also rebuilt 2 more toilets that would not flush easily, and finally, his plumber, Ben, re-caulked our master bath tub & shower. My wife and daughters thought he was a really nice guy!

Extremely unprofessional, especially in a business setting. Refused to return the calls from the staff asking when they would return to fix our plumbing issue, then told our corporate office they had spoken to us and said they couldnt come in. This has been going on for multiple days now. Only time we have heard anything is when one employee said he was on 66. Unprofessional service. Do not recommend.

We had a clogged kitchen sink drain and they sent a plumber to snake out the line. He was very professional, neat, and thorough. I would definitely use them again. In addition, the price was the lowest I had been quoted for this job.
