Heres the thing—these guys do good, reliable work, and the price they charge is generally pretty fair for a smaller shop. But they give the all-time worst estimates (time and money) that Ive ever heard. The last time I had my car in there, the estimate was "Oh about $50 bucks." The bill when I got there was over $250. Was $250 a fair price for the work they did? Absolutely. But they didnt do any more than they suggested they would at the estimate, so why in the world did they estimate so insanely low? The same thing with time estimates. The first few times when they told me my car would be done by lunch, I made plans to get back to work that afternoon. I dont bother anymore, because Ive learned that "by around lunch time" means no earlier than 3:00 under any circumstances. And theyve never once called to let me know that my car was done even though they assure me that they will every time. Again, the work is solid, so if youre willing to put up with the hassle, you can feel confident theyll do the job right. Just be aware.

They did a great job installing a pair of front wheel bearings. The estimates was what I paid. I had no appointment and I was on the road in less than three hours. The staff was friendly and knew what they were talking about. Would deal with them again and recommend to all. Also a great place next door to have lunch while you wait. God Bless Alek Beri, Jr.
