When I decided to buy a Hyundai Sonata and placed an online request, Andy from Apple Valley Hyundai is the first one to reach me out with a fabulous deal that none can! Andy is a really amazing guy and is very friendly. He knows what customer needs are and always open to listen to provide the BEST deal. During this transaction I had an opportunity to meet another great person Frank – such an outstanding sales person I ever met. During my visit to their store in Winchester I met him and he has tons of patience to answer all our questions and was very keen in making us understand every detail of the vehicle and other related stuff. When I had some problem in picking the vehicle from the store on the day of delivery, Frank and Andy came up with a plan of delivering the vehicle at my apartment which is like 50 miles away from their store! Frank came down and not just delivered the vehicle but went thru the entire detail for about couple of hours until I was comfortable with all the features. We rarely get to meet such people like Andy and Frank who are not just selling something to you but treat you as a friend and guide us what is right and not. I am very happy to write a review for Andy and Frank and would always recommend the folks at Apple Valley Hyundai to anyone who is looking for the BEST sales and customer service experience. Apple Valley Hyundai – Doing business with hearts!

Terrible place, disgusting, dishonest employees will never go there and will never recommend it to anyone. They posted some great deals about cars online that seemed too good to be true. I called to verify that these cars existed and they said yes. I drove 60 miles to see them. When I got there the salesperson wasted over an hour of my time showing me cars I did not want to see, I eventually told her to just show me the cars I came for. It turns out they do not exist, it is all just a scam to draw customers to come to their place. As I was telling the sales associate that I had to take off work for this a huge fat man came at me screaming get off my property (not I am small woman). I was very scared and told him to back off or I will call 911, but he kept charging at me. I called 911 and like the coward that he is he backed off when the police came.

I take my Sonata here as often as needed and the service is always excellent. The only issue that I have is that you cant just stop in during emergency situations, and the is what I had today. My starter went bad, so I had to have it towed to Firestone in Winchester (after Hyundai told me that it could only be fixed through them). I am a little concerned that I was not told during my last service here, that my model had starter issues (as I discovered online and was told over the phone). Called Firestone, and they got me in immediately and will test and replace my starter (if needed) same day. I will continue to go to Hyundai if my situation calls for it, but availability and up front honesty are an issue, and I will take my car to get serviced where convenient.

We were going to go to Fairfax Hyundai because that is where we bought my wifes Santa Fe. We read the reviews they got (1.5 stars) and decided to look around some more. We saw the reviews that Apple Valley had received here and decided to give them a try. They definitely lived up to their 5-star rating (not counting ‘jivk’s 2-stars). We bought 2 cars from them that day which doubled the paperwork. Frank Moore did a great job taking care of us and all of the paperwork. I’ve bought a few cars from different dealers and this has to be my best experience so far. If you are shopping for a car I recommend Hyundai. If you are shopping for a Hyundai, I recommend Apple Valley Hyundai.

Fantastic customer service! This Hyundai dealership was the first place I have ever purchased a new car from, and it couldnt have been a more pleasant experience. Before buying from a dealership, I was warned by friends and family of how pushy car dealers can generally be. Thankfully, I have found that this is absolutely not the case with Apple Valley Hyundai. They seem to have a high standard of customer service throughout the company, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Integrity best describes this hometown dealership! These guys are the best in all they do.
