Are you considering going to Cloverleaf Tire for any type of car repair? GOOD. That means youre smart. Cloverleaf Tire is the greatest mechanic I have ever been to. A lot of mechanics have a reputation for fixing things that dont need to be fixed, making up repairs just to earn more money, etc. Not these guys; I trust them to do a great job with my car and not lie to me about extra problems. They are quick, efficient, and very, very friendly to ALL of their customers. They also have coffee in the lobby, for all of you coffee-loving drivers out there. My car has 230,000 miles on it, and it is still running strong. Sure, its a well-made Honda, but I think the main reason is that it has been in such good hands throughout the years. If I ever move to a different city, I will have my car towed back to Richmond anytime it needs a repair or inspection just so that I can keep going back to Cloverleaf Tire. I wish that I could give Cloverleaf Tire more than five stars.

My parents have been taking their cars here for as long as I can remember and when I got my first car at 16 they started taking it here as well. Now that Im older, Ive bought my first brand new car and I knew exactly where I wanted to take it for its first servicing. I love that my family and I are on a first name basis with Chris and he always makes us feel very informed. He gives great advice on what services are truly needed and what could be done ourselves to save us some bucks. I continue to take my car here for the exceptional customer service and knowledge that they bring. Plus, I love the online service history website. Im able to see/keep track of what Ive done to my car and it even lets me know what servicing should be done next/when.

I took three cars here for 7-8 years, and while I thought the prices were high, I also thought I was treated honestly. That was until last summer when I asked for an A/C diagnostic to find out why my A/C wasnt working. After waiting a while, the front-desk man told me it could be this or it could be that and they would start with such-and-such repair for 400-and-some-odd dollars plus the $90 Cloverleaf charges for an A/C diagnostic. I told them they hadnt really diagnosed anything and I was reluctant to pay them almost $100 basically for a guess so I certainly wouldnt be paying them over $400 for a repair that might not even fix the problem! I will never go back to Cloverleaf.

A staff you can talk with that takes time to listen It was a simple oil and filter change and I asked if the mechanic would look over the other fluids and filters to see if anything else needs attention. Chris and his staff are trusted and do an excellent work. Other less than stellar garages would have taken advantage of the customer but not Cloverleaf Tire and Auto. They completed the work I asked even filling my windshield washer solvent that I knew was low. It pays to have a trusted service center where you can talk with the staff and they listen concerning vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Engine Check Light. When that indicator light came on, I was able to bring my car in on short notice. I understood the problem could mean many things, and I appreciated the time and logical approach they took in diagnosing the problem. Ultimately an oxygen sensor was replaced. That was 3 weeks ago and I’ve had a chance to put the car through its paces. I feel like my 15 year old car is brand new and gas mileage is better than ever. I didn’t realize how poorly the car was performing until the sensor was replaced. I’m very happy with their work.

We have been taking our cars to Cloverleaf Tire & Auto for 14+ years. The staff is personable, professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Our cars are always promptly diagnosis and fixed. They kept us informed of our cars needs and provided quality care and sound advice. We find their pricing to be very reasonable. They have blessed us financially by keeping our 97 Honda running for over 200,000 miles, and still going strong. All of our family in the Richmond area use Cloverleaf Tire & Auto. We wouldnt think of taking or cars anywhere else.

My daughter was driving her Jeep and 2 hours away from home when her radiator decided to go south. I called Chris with Cloverleaf Tire & Auto on Turner Road who was highly recommended to me to fix the radiator. He is honest and trustworthy. He fixed the radiator while my daughter waited. His pricing is very reasonable and the customer service you wont find better. I hope I dont have another issue, but if I do.....Chris and his team will be there me. I cant thank you enough for your outstanding customer service!

There has never been a time where I did not feel completely confident in both owners and the staff at Cloverleaf Tire & Auto. It is rare that you find businesses this day that are not only courteous and professional, but you can leave your vehicles to be serviced and general maintenance performed and feel you will get not only exceptional work, but honesty and fairness in pricing. Chris has always been great about accommodating me on short notices and ALWAYS with kindness!!

My tire was flat from a big nail. I filled it up with some air while my wife googled some auto shops on my phone. We called Goodyear, they wanted $35 to fix it and couldnt say how long it would take. I had to be to a class in Richmond in 30 minutes. We then called Cloverleaf. They were friendly, quick, and reasonably priced. It only took $10 and 7 minutes (I was timing them) to patch up the tire. There is something about these guys that makes me want to trust them.

So, to my surprise, the manager I spoke with about the previous incident went way out of his way to see me in person and apologize. He explained to me that they like to go out of their way to make people happy, and he a said he was sorry he came off as dismissive. I can no longer in good conscience give a poor review if a company makes something right even after the fact. Credit is given where its due.

We have been taking our cars here for the better part of 20 years and have never had a bad experience. One of the advantages of having all of your work done here is they keep all of the vehicle history on the computer. This includes the warranties which means you dont have to keep track - they do it for you. Top notch, knowledgeable, friendly, solid, dependable. I highly recommend.
