S & O Automotive is the type of business that honors good "old fashioned" customer service and prides itself on honesty, timeliness and excellent work! Owner "Drew" is very accessible and goes out of his way to help get your vehicle into his shop, diagnosed and repaired quickly. All estimated costs are relayed ahead of the work being done and the mechanic is very thorough in describing detailed costs, and letting you know about other potential problems that may arise later as he finds them. He proceeds with work only with your approval and understanding of the costs, labor and outcome of repair. I have used this shop for several years and previously used another local mechanic on occasion. Based upon his record and exceptional service, S & O Automotive is the ONLY mechanic we use for our cars. Give this shop a "test drive". You will not be sorry! 1/20/15

I went to the shop to inquire about getting a state inspection. The man behind the counter was incredibly rude. He did not greet or acknowledge me when I came into the establishment. When I asked how long the wait was for an inspection he rudely replied, "tomorrow! Have a nice day." He never even looked at me. I was appalled. This is not the type of establishment that I would spend my money at. If they treat their customers this poorly I can only imagine how they treat their customers cars.

Drew always lets me know whats going on with my car and gives honest advice about what he thinks needs to be done. Hes an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and his work shows. Red flag ⛳️ theyre empty or one car on the lift, but cant take your vehicle until the next day. I went in for an inspection as a referral. Spent $772 to replace ball joints, which went bad in less than a year and right around 12k mile warranty. Drew said I can pay $300 (a deal, he said in between huffing at me), again to have them replaced.

My wifes car was recommended a major repair by a nationally known tire company for it to pass inspection. Took it to S & O and he Drew explained to me its a Honda design for flex in the undercarriage... Out of there , inspected in 20 minutes. Anyone would be nuts to go anywhere else!
