My experience at this AutoZone was completely horrid I purchased a socket set as a gift minutes after leaving the store I noticed that it had been opened and possibly used as I ran to the store to return it not two minutes later the manager says that they dont return used tools I responded that I didnt want to buy used tools the short fat bald dude whos the manager at that AutoZone needs to be banned from customer service and I will never never never enter another AutoZone again.... you can thank him for sending business to advanced
