I came in to change my tires which took 8 hours. But that wasnt the problem. They did an inspection I didnt ask for and when I got my car back the ventelation was no longer working. I remembered they said they checked the air filter and I called back to ask them about it and he claimed he did nothing but change the tires. It didnt make sense considering he said he had done an inspection hours before. The air filter is in the car, he mustve gone in. Anyway, he said hed only check my car if I paid a fee of $100. This would not include fixing the problem. I later found out something was moved around the air filter and it was indeed tampered with. He took zero responisbility and continuously laughed in my face when I asked him to please check it. I wouldnt recommend this place, considering he had poor customer service and contradicting himself multiple times. Its not like he gave a customer a wrong order at a restaurant, he broke something in MY car which couldve been expensive to fix. I would give them a zero if I could.

Ive been a long time Firestone customer, and just moved to the Renton Highlands a few months ago. I needed new tires, and unfortunately Firestone doesnt carry the brand I desired, so I made the (poor) decision to get the tires from a different shop. After the *other shop* put on the tires, my TPMS alarm was triggered. I made an appt with the *other shop* to get this addressed after driving around for a week with this alarm on and drove 30 minutes to get there, only to find out that the equipment they needed to address this issue was broken. Needless to say they didnt bother calling me to let me know before I drove there. I drove all the way back home and stopped at this Firestone on a whim. Luckily not only did they have the necessary equipment to assess my issue, but they did so quickly and with a smile, even though they werent the ones who caused the issue. I would recommend this Firestone to anyone!

Been to this location to have the headlights checked on our 05 Honda CR-V. Left the car there for the whole day and wasnt able to fix it saying theres more diagnostic testing needed. I understand diagnosing something is not easy specially electrical problems but the car is needed for bringing somebody to dialysis center. And they are trying to make us pay $270++ for services they have done to the car and holding up the key. Would you pay for it knowing the services are not done???? I pity those employees.... just giving out review its up to you if you wanna bring your car in this station.

Very nice facility. Courteous knowledgeable staff. Ive taken my 2004 Lexus IS300, 2005 Toyota 4Runner V8 and 1991 Honda Accord LX here for multiple services including: oil change, alignment, tire install. Service is always good. One major thing I appreciate is that the staff seems to have a wider knowledge of 4x4s and sedans compared to other shops. Occasionally two of the sales guys can push more than I like however they have given me rides home while I have left a vehicle for longer services. I would highly recommend them over the Highlands Les Schwab or Goodyear.

Friendly staff, except for the up selling. .. went in for a battery, already know I have a bad battery, interstate battery coupon mentions free battery check, was charged for electrical system check.. I.e. my starters, alternators would be checked too... got charged for it, charged for installation (Les Schwab charges also). When I received my paperwork theres no indication anywhere about the status of my alternator or starter... like I said I know my battery is bad and I just wanted a new battery..

Went to Firestone for the first time yesterday, they told me my tires and battery was bad. I knew my tires were fine since I bought them less than two years ago so I got a second oppinion. When I arrived at Les Schwab and told them what Firestone told me they told me my tires were fine as was my battery after a little cleaning. Its disappointing that a company tries to take advantage of young female customers. I will not be back to this establishment. I recommend you do the same.

Just got my oil change here. They charged me $95 after tax because I needed full synthetic oil for a turbocharged car. Normally I can go to Volkswagen and pay around $60 - and theyll wash/vacuum my car. Huge rip off. Also, Im suspicious of them taking my car for a joy ride after saying, "this must be a fun little car!" and missing nearly a quarter of a tank of gas when I picked it up. Ill stick to Volkswagen, thanks Firestone!

I called and asked for a price on 12mm1.5 lug nuts. I was told I would have to call an auto parts store. Online, said they were open. Walked over there in snow and rain. Yes, literally snow rain mix. As I shake out my umbrella, I try the door. Locked. Two people just stared at me. If someone is walking in snow and rain, I would help them out. Not Firestone.

By far the slowest service. Saw several reviews about them being inconsiderate of peoples time and trying to charge to random other things, but thought I would give them a chance. Not coming back to this one. They will continually give you false service times so you end up waiting and wasting your day.
