I was charged 800.00 supposedly for a power steering repair, the fact is, no such repair was done. Within five miles the power steering had gone back to malfunctioning. I was never given an estimate and when I tried to resolve the issue Kevin went into a rant about all the things "I did wrong." Rather than have a warrantied job, he totally alienated me and refused to put things right. In the Washington state statute, all repair cost must first be acknowledged and agreed upon by customers, no such agreement was signed or even shown. I was simply charged for work that wasnt done. Molly, Kevins wife claimed she told me the cost prior to it being done, and I said, "Molly, if I was told me a repair was gong to cost 641.00 (I was actually charged over 800.00) I would have gotten a second opinion. After I paid she said, "Oh, by the way, it still leaks power steering fluid." These are a couple of manipulative run of the mill automobile repair people, they work as a team to manipulate customers and if Kevin is indeed a specialist then the word specialist lacks credibility. He didnt know what was wrong and now the car in question has dangerous responses, at higher speeds of sixty or so the steering become erratic, and almost uncontrollable. It literally is difficult to control in a stable way and is frankly dangerous. A court case is going to be filed and The Landing Automotive will be forced to explain why no estimate was given, why no warranty was honored, why the so called repair lasted for less than five miles, why he refused to do what he was obligated to do, repair the steering so that it was not a risk when being driven, and it is difficult to control the way it meanders all over after fifty miles and over are reached. Its downright dangerous and The Landing Automotive refuses to even look at the problem since attempting to rectify the problem met with hostility and a refusal to do anything about it, in other words, a law suit has to follow, which could have been avoided, Kevin only needed to take care of what he was obligated to do, that is, repair the vehicle or acknowledge it was out of his ability to do. I would have respected such an admission and taken it to Lexus of Bellevue. The latter would not repair something and put the customer at risk, and Im talking about risk to life and limb all because Kevin didnt know what he was doing.

I have been with they since last year and the service is phenomenal. Very informative, trustworthy, professional and courteous. Once, I had a major electrical problem, which part of my main harness was burned causing my car not to start. Bellevue Lexus was reluctant to fix it due to cost versus the car value, others turned me down because it was complicated and/or cause too much time to fix but Kevin managed to fix my car 2 days with very reasonable price (much time required to troubleshoot). Other occasion, I was having an oil leakage to my power steering and since my car was is a costumed fit with Supra Engine, Bellevue Lexus said that it will cost me around 2 thousand for a retro fit tubing and etc . I sent my car to Kevin and he told me that the diagnose by Bellevue Lexus was incorrect and it was not a major fix. He fixed it the next day. I am very happy for their service and appreciate very much for their attention to details. Landing Auto Service is definitely the place you can trust to fix your car.

the best auto service you will ever find!<--bold statement but factual! this place goes far above and beyond the call of service! My car stalled out this morning after a cold start, I walked over to this business really close to where I live and asked if they could see me today in which both Lee and Kevin said yes. So I went back to my house and had my wife and baby steer my car over there while i pushed. i admittedly had some trouble pushing the car over there but to the rescue came both Kevin and Lee to help me out. After we got the car to the shop Kevin proceeded to take a look at it and brought me into the office to begin taking some information from me. after seemingly around 10 minutes i was all ready to go. they did a free estimate, refilled my tires, and even vacuumed my car. There service, expert opinions and honest is second to none, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The Landing Auto Service has raised the bar with their superior service and excellent customer service!! The Landing Auto Service outfit is honest, dependable, and trustworthy. Trust is not always synonymous with auto mechanics. The Landing Auto Service is 100% honest and has restored my faith in humanity when it comes to auto repair. With many other service centers I have had the unfortunate luck of being told a lot more was wrong then what actually needed to happen. This is NOT THE CASE with the Landing Auto Service. I will take my business to The Landing Auto Service and nowhere else. Kevin and Mollie run a top class shop. They are both upstanding and very knowledgeable with a range of cars they support. I hate to be taken, be very careful with the Landing auto service. I went through 2 Distributors on a 2002 Honda accord. The first one was replace with a $130 charge for labor, beside the $500 I spent the first time.. Now the 2nd one went out within 6 months the company will not honor anything. I am looking into bringing them to small claims and report there business practice to the BBB. They have the answers down like it is standard practice, The car doesnt have more then 134,000 miles fairly good condition. This kind of warranty is horrible. I have a business for over 24 years, I could not treat my customers this way. I would not have a company if I treated customers with these types of lies. Be careful, what they say is not the truth,

These guys are fabulous! Here I witnessed the honesty, true customer service along with a genuine expert opinion. Although i went without a prior appointment but these guys entertained me with a positive approach with an unforgettable experience. Their quick inspection and transparent recommendation gave me peace of mind and saved my $300+ which was suggested by a groupon oriented oil service shop on my Toyota Camry front brakes. I was so happy to know that the brakes are good for another 5000 miles.. hurray!! Thanks to the experienced and honest service personnel.. its really hard to find someone like this in todays world of misleading and quick money making! I became your lifetime customer! I live a few miles from here and this is the only place I take my cars to. Trustworthy, honest, dependable, and caring people work here. Been coming here for around 2 years and have always had a timely appointment, issue was fixed, and the price is very affordable. We have Toyota Priuss and they specialize in Toyota and Lexus vehicles. Mollie and Kevin are so friendly and I enjoy coming here when I have car troubles. Ive even called when I had a problem with European brand car, and they gave me great advice. Also Kevin gave me a fist pump on my way out today. xD so great!
