Horrible, Horrible LIARS...!! I went in to have my car looked at because the engine kept dying..I just wanted them to tell me why?? They said that it would cost me $100 for a diagnostic check, which I was told would go towards fixing my car if I decided to do so...So 4hrs later I had to call them 5 times just to get an answer...They said they diagnosed the problem and fixed it.. They said it was a bad EGR Valve...My bill was $890...I said no way, I brought it in for a diagnostic check that was supposed to be 100+ tax, Not $110 shy of $1,000..Then I was told by the SMART ASS manager in charge that the reason they fixed my car without asking me, is that and I quote " people that bring their cars to me usually want them fixed ".... Like I was some kind of a moron and had no place to be asking " His Majesty " a question like that.. The Really SAD part is that OReilly auto parts had my EGR valve for $65 after tax and I bought a 20 socket set and was at $85 out the door and changed it myself in an hour with no mechanical experience...EVEN MORE SAD, when I went to change it myself, the bolts were so rusted on, I almost broke them off....So In other words AUTO PROS NEVER EVEN TOUCHED MY CAR.... But sadly I didnt find this out until I had already paid them.... So like I said Horrible,Horrible LIARS...like some others said before me I wish there was a "0"rating...

My wife and I are customer @Auto Pro in Renton since more than 4 years now. We came to Auto Pro after we found a groupon offering for a winter check and since then we are very satisfied customer. We take all our cars, a VW Golf GTI, a Toyota Sienna as well well as a Classic Mustang to them for any repair or maintenance. The guys were always on time and on the estimated budget. They also pro-actively called us back in case they discovered something else or run into missing parts they had to re-order. The quality of their work was always superb, nothing else damaged for sure and the car clean. I can highly recommend them and watch out for another service groupon!

We took our car in for a break job, oil change, and five fluid change. The original numbers they gave us were around $650, but an hour later they quoted us $2,164. Within a couple of weeks, the oil started leaking to the point that the red light came on saying low oil pressure and our car was smoking! Luckily we made it into another shop where they told us that oil was leaking every where and the gasket on the filter was faulty. They also said the fuel filter clip was evidently broken and had been replaced with wire instead of bolts!! They also used the cheapest rotors you can get. I will never bring my car back to them agian!!

I took my car here (first timer) for an oil change. Good thing because they noticed my car was missfiring on cylinder #3 which I had never noticed. After poking around for a minute the mechanic (Louise I think) found what was wrong. Aaron explained everything to me very well and as it turns out one of my spark plugs was different from the rest... I had just gotten a tune up from what I thought was a reputable shop in the area... The whole experience was great and friendly and only took a little more than 30 minutes. I would recommend this shop to EVERYONE!

Its unfortunate that so many people had such a difficult time here. The place seems to be making a turn around by letting go of so employees and hiring new talent. This is definitely not going to be a "dealership" experience but it saved me money the work got done may have taken a bit longer then expected but it was done right. My Honda drives better now and the MPG seems to be slowly getting better. I cant speak for everyone but I would say give these guys another chance.

I used to work for Ken wright back in 2006 until I was in a car accident and had to take time off work for injuries when I returned l learned that Ken had taken my toolbox and put it into storage when I ask for it back he said I could have it if I paid the storage fee it was like 400.00 I was out of work for injuries so I had no money to pay him so he kept my tools worth about 5,000 and he did this to a employee imagine what hell do to a customer Ken is a crook

Stay as far away from these guys as you can! Their integrity level is the lowest I have seen in the automotive industry, so much so that professional parts dealers wont work with them. They took 3 weeks to do a 2 day job, said it was great work, and then when their work caused more electrical problem for me, offers to fix it...and charge me for their mistakes! Plus they lie about parts, the costs and how long things will take. I will never use them again!

I moved here from MN and the place that last did my oil change, before my trip, stripped the head off a 10mm aluminum oil pan bolt. These guys fixed it for me in like 5 min for 5 bucks. As of now it seems to be a family business now father/son Ken and Jonathan. My cousins back in MN owned a family shop like this and I get the same family vibe from it. If there was some shadiness going on it sure doesnt seem that way now. That was my experience +5.

Auto Pro in Skyway provided me with excellence and ease with my oil change and auto inquiries about what may need to be replaced soon in my car. Apparently, there is a problem with the gaskets below the engine and it is leaking oil. I received a quick estimate thereafter and I am confident that their customer service skills and stealth will be just what I need with my busy schedule. Thank you Auto Pro Skyway! I recommend this shop to anyone!

He charged me $1250 for fixing parts to clear the emission test. But my car still failed the emission test. When i went back he said something else is wrong and gave me a waiver. When i recently took my car to another mechanic he showed me the same codes my car was failing before fixing. He robbed me of $1250 and didnt fix anything. Never trust his estimation. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

This place has definitely turned things around recently, and have shown a lot of improvement. I always receive great service and they always have time to squeeze me in for an oil change. I gathered that they brought in some more people with valuable experience that have really made an impact on the business as a whole. Great place. Very straightforward and honest.

Horrible horrible service. I went in to get a waiver for my failed emissions test. The front guy at the counter was uneducated and unprofessional. He raised his voice and when I asked why are you telling he said I am not then told me to go away after I said you seem to not want to help me. Its okay Ill go somewhere else. I recommend going somewhere else.

This is the worst nightmare of auto repair - the type of place you are always warned about. Pure rip-off artists, no true care for quality work, even will muck up the job to get you to buy more. I feel bad for other auto mechanics - these are the ones who give them all a bad name. Shame on you!
