I went in just yesterday to buy a 5x5 unit which I had reserved online. Corey, the property manager on site at that time was very friendly and actually gave me a better deal than what I had found online. The only problem is that the 5x5 unit he rented to me is actually a 5x4 unit. That suits me just fine. I just need to store some small items temporarily so I dont care if its a bit smaller. I do think it should be advertised accordingly though. My advice is to bring a measuring tape with you when you go to look at the space if you need a specific size then you are going to want to measure it before you sign off. Great price and great location for my needs, all the same.

Thank you Public Storage. My "stuff" loved staying at your facility. I was a tenant for a year and only decided this week to move it. Debbie was so nice as when she saw us moving today, she called me as we left and said I needed to pop in and pay for today. I was surprised as I hadnt given notice and figured I would need to pay for the month. She said that I only needed to cover today. How Nice! I told her I was going to run home and grab a broom to sweep it out and she said it was already done! Thanks Debbie. I appreciate the excellent customer service you provided to me and my "stuff" :) I will for sure use Canyon Park Public Storage in the future if needed.

Been here for 4 years and Corey the manager always took great care of us, on the day we finally moved out I forgot to warn them that we were leaving. Not only did corey notice that we were leaving but he took time to call me to let me know that I had my automatic withdrawal that went through the day of. Corey made sure I got my money back for my month that I wasnt going to spend there, and in no way would I have expected that since I was the one that forgot to warn them of my departure. The customer service is outstanding at the canyon park location. In an area where you can find public storage more than a coffee shops, I recommend this location fully.

Great experience and cannot say enough good stuff about Corey on the front line and his district manager Jason. After meeting Corey only once a month prior, we experienced some account issues from the corporate office side. I drove in to speak with someone on site and when I walked in, Corey recognized me right away and explained that he already noticed the glitch in our account was taking steps to fix it. Impressive indeed! Jason had his back all the way and was extremely responsive in all communications back to us. Location, price, and accessibility were also perfect. A top notch experience!

Very frustrated with rate increases every year often without notice of about 15%. After 4 years my rate for an 8x10 went from $100 to $161. The outer door was damaged (broken into?) and not repaired for about a year. Still doesnt lock. Staff was friendly, but then who needs service for do it yourself storage. The employee on site was very friendly when I left. I think they justify rate increases due to high demand. My advice: It would be much wiser to sell your stuff and save the $ and busy something new later.

Debbie, and Corey was very nice, and answered all of my question that my girl friend and I had about how the storage works. I will be back at a later date to reserve a unit. When I get ready to stage my house for sale. I was just looking around and seeing what was out there and how much it would cost monthly. I went to a different storage place and I didnt feel welcome there.

Had a great experience at this public storage. Natalie was wonderful and extremely professional, she really knew her stuff. Corey the property manager was great and extremely knowledgable, answered all my questions. The property itself was clean, and the unit was very affordable. So overall id recommend this facility to anyone looking for short or long term storage.

Cory knows his stuff. He helped my friend save time and money. He told us the secrets of what boxes to use for this and that so that my friends stuff wont get ruined while it was be stored. I guess he was a professional mover, and it shows. Thanks Cory for helping my friend out, he was very worried about his stuff getting ruined while being stored.

I came to public storage to see if they have a box that would work to ship my guitar. She showed me a couple of different options. Make my own box by using a couple of the boxes, or buy one of the tall skinny boxes. I am using a couple of boxes to make my own. Debbie was very helpful.
