I am giving this place 5 stars and for a good reason. The environment, the employees, and the old school full service gas station really brought me back to when companies really took the extra effort to take care of their customers. My family and I were out there in Arizona from Southern California on a vacation for spring training. We were going to back to back baseball games and had very little time to deal with a car problem. Jack and the family that owns this place really saved our vacation by not only repairing our car in a timely fashion but they even gave me a minivan that would accommodate my 6 member family so that we can go on and see our baseball games for free. They were honest, hard working, very experienced and knowledgeable mechanics and downright friendly good Americans. By the time I left that place I not only felt like I got a fair shake but I felt like I made several new friends. If youre a local in Arizona its worth the drive to go see these guys if youre from out of town theres nowhere else you should go if you want to be treated right. Thanks again. :) Steve So. Calif.

"First class service" -As always my recent experience at Bridwell was great. My 2012 Land Rover needed complete rear brakes, brake flush, and all new air filters. Bridwell had my LR 4, in and out in one day, called me to confirm the recommended service, gave me an estimate, and completed all work same day, and the total fee was exactly as the estimate. Bridwell has serviced my Land Rover and other vehicles over the last several years, and their customer service, quality of work, expertise, and most importantly, their honesty and integrity are what has kept me coming back to Bridwell. I took my car there for an air conditioning problem. It took them hours and hours to diagnose the problem, and the A/C is still not working correctly - after a $400 charge to fix the problem. I had asked about having to add coolant to the radiator, and they told me I had a crack in the radiator and the car was not drivable (they quoted me $600 to fix). I have since taken the car to another shop for a diagnosis, and there is no radiator leak! I never have had any problems with the radiator since then. I feel that they were not entirely honest with me and they were trying to take advantage. They came as a recommendation from a friend, but I personally would not recommend them.

Weve been brining all our familys cars & trucks here for years and have never had anything but the best of treatment. The owners are present and thoughtful in making sure their garage runs well. Jack, the Manager, is very knowledgable and helpful- he understands I cant always afford all the needed maintenance and/or repairs at one time and is great about helping us triage the truck. Just today I got a follow up call from Jack checking to make sure all the repairs completed earlier this week had really fixed my problems. Ive never had service like that anywhere else. Frankly, I dont trust anyone else to work on our cars.

Once again, Bridwells proved to be, in my opinion, one of the BEST auto repair centers in the entire Phoenix area. When another auto repair facility said that a problem with my vehicle could not be repaired unless the entire system was replaced (at a very high cost), Bridwells discovered the specific problem and repaired it at a very reasonable cost. They got to the heart of the problem. Bridwells has proven once again to be honest and trustworthy. I can always count on them to give me the best service and to know that my vehicle will be safe on the road.

Been Going to Bridwell for years now up until 6 weeks ago when I noticed damage to my rims when before hand their was no damage. So I had been going back for sometime since forgot about it but a week ago I noticed the night crew was very unpleasent to deal with. They were using rude vulgar language about one of the female customers and she didnt even notice. So since then I have not returned and now take all of my repairs to granite reef and mcdonald their at that shop. Be wise where you go.

It stands alone, having a real one of a kind feel, with their full service approach. I couldnt be happier with their attention to detail and their friendly, family style of treatment... Very good communication. Upfront pricing and very informative. Bridwell helped me get my car fixed in the same day and also cleaned my brakes for free. Highly recommend this Bridwell Auto Repair. When I arrived I was greeted immediately and helped within a minute. They checked my tires and immediately fixed my unbalanced tires. They also performed a full system check for me since I have two kids. Thanks!

My trucks alternator went out over the weekend. I called around for the best price, and Bridwells was the lowest quote. I read the reviews online and decided to go with them. What a great choice! The work was done the same day, and in half the time quoted to me (first time thats EVER happened with a mechanic). Jack was a huge help, and I wont be taking my cars anywhere else from now on. Thanks!

My daily driver had a/c and overheating issues. They got it in on a Monday morning with no prior scheduling, had a detailed description of the issue by lunch and the job was done by mid-afternoon. Great service and reasonable pricing from Jack and the team at Bridwell. They also helped me find ways to cut costs. Would definitely go back.

These guys are AWESOME! They have fixed my car a few times, being a woman sometimes car places will try to take advantage of you, not here they told me exactly what needed to be done. Just amazing. Love how they are so customer focused. They do a great job and care about your car. They are not out to sell you extra stuff.. Their mechanics know all types of cars. My dad owned a car dealership so I am no push over. Yes, I would use them again and again. Prices are great too esp in this economy.

Five star all the way. I moved here from California and with car issue’s they came to the rescue. They helped with transportation home and back and fixed only what needed to be fixed vs in California they fixed what they wanted. Trustworthy,Honest,lucky to live close by. Jack their mechanic is the best. :)
