Without question this was some of the best service I have ever received. I was visiting the area from California when my serpentine belt broke. Unfortunately it happened at about 4:30 p.m. when most shops are getting ready to close. I called around and could not find a mechanic who was willing to stay late and help me out.....until I called Mile Auto Repair. I spoke with the owner, Chris, on the phone and explained the situation. Chris mechanic, Carlos, agreed to stay late and work on my car. They were able to get the serpentine belt for me before the parts places closed, but when my car arrived at the garage, Carlos discovered my tensioner was also toast and they could not get that part because of the time constraints. I called Auto Zone and they told me they had the part. Chris then took me to Auto Zone, but when we got there we discovered the part would not work. When we discovered my car could not be fixed that same day, Courtney, another employee, arrange for me to get a rental car for the evening. Chris then took me to the airport so I could pick up my rental car. The car was fixed and ready to go by the next day. Chris then took me back to the airport to drop off my rental car. Chris, Carlos, and Courtney were all so helpful. I hope they know how much their service is appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Mile Auto Repair to anyone who appreciates great service, fair prices, and quality work!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have nothing to say but good things about Mile Auto. I am an older person who lives in a 55+ community. I had heard from one of the people that Mile Auto was a good place for getting my car serviced. They are not only a good place, they are excellent. In the last year, I have had intermittent problems with my 99 Taurus. They have kept it a few days a couple of times trying to find the problem. Things would be better for a few weeks and again I had trouble. The third time, they finally found out the source of the trouble and they replaced the fuel pump. They were very concerned about my safety and aware of my financial situation and took wonderful care of my car. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Everyone there is a gentleman and knows their business. Its not often that someone will go out of their way like Chris, Juan, and Carlos. They are to be commended.

Ive been going to Mile Auto Repair for about 5 years now, and I can honestly say that Chris and the crew over there are the most reliable and well priced mechanics I have ever dealt with. Recently I was having trouble with my Jeep, and they went above and beyond what any other shop would do to help me out. Chris even went so far as to loan me his personal vehicle to use while the repairs were being completed. I drive an old Jeep, so I can say Im in there a lot, and every time I can expect quality service. And you can expect the same. What you you will get is honesty about what repairs need to be done and which repairs are more important than others. A fair price to complete repairs. Fast and friendly service. And they will keep your budget in mind. Chris, Juan and Carlos definitely go the extra mile.

Mile auto has always done a great job with all of my problems. Anytime i have a problem with any of my cars i just shoot them a call and they get the problem figured out fast and a a fair price. John is very honest and helpful everytime and even calls to update me when parts are taking longer then expected. i recommend mile auto any of my friends of family needing a trustworthy honest and knowledgeable auto shop that gets the job done right the first time at a price i can live with. thank you again john and all of mile auto for all your help and servecies.

Stay away from this place, the owners dont care about the customers or the shop reputation based on how they deal.with people. Or not deal with them is more like it, they only care about there pokects. If you have any problems with there work they ignore you and make you deal with mechanics instead. They dont return calls or tell you how things are going. You always have to call there. They leave your car there for days before even ordering parts and I only know this because I had to call everyday to find out progress.

The guys at Mile Auto are so kind as well as proficient and professional! I am a single mother with only one car and a busy life, and a tight budget to boot. So when my car breaks down I call the guys at Mile they have continuously been fair in price and a fast repair and never have tried to up sell or take advantage of me. I will continue to take my car here and enjoy being treated right the first time! Thank God there is a place I can trust for auto repair!

I have brought my truck to Mile Auto Repair twice now. I recently moved here and was in search of the perfect mechanic(s). They are located here! (Trust me, I got burned by another shop.)They are the only ones I trust. I cant stress to you enough that if you need work done on your vehicle, let them fix it. Theyre even better than my So. Cal mechanic whom Ive trusted for 20 years. Thanks guys for your honesty and excellent service!!!!!

Mile Auto Repair is hands down the best Auto Shop I have ever, in my 25 years of car ownership, done business with. As a female car owner I have never been spoken down to, taken advantage of or mislead on repairs. Life Savers. Took my car here for a radiator replacement and it was done in a very great timely manner. Explained to the owner my urgency and they took that into consideration and performed a fantastic job. Not only was the price in my budget, they outperformed Van Chevrolet, who quoted me 3x the amount these guys did here.. I highly recommend this place! Dont go to Van Chevrolet please...

Great service, honest work and reasonable prices. In the past Ive had bad experiences at other auto repair places. They try to tell me that I need more work on my car than I actually need. Mile Auto is very honest with their recommendations. They are always able to get me in same day and the turn around time is very quick. Would recommend this place to everyone.

Best shop in town. Honest hardworking and great at what they do. Anytime I have car trouble they get me in right away and take care of the issue and never try to up sell me on more then what I need. Mile auto is the only shop I now take my truck too. Dependable speedy service and a fair price. Take your car here dont even look around mile auto is the best in town.
