Hands down the best repair shop Ive ever had the pleasure of taking my car to! They are very accommodating throughout the entire repair process. I have gotten a variety of services done here, from numerous oil changes to brake repairs to engine noises, and all have been taken care of quickly and efficiently. They have very fair prices, and are very genuine when explaining issues with your vehicle. If you are on the fence about whether you really need to get a repair done or not they do a great job logicially explaining the issue and are honest about whether its something imperative to fix or not. It never feels like they are trying to get you to spend more than you need. In fact once when I brought my car in for an oil change, he called me and told me my front brake pads were nearly worn, and need to be replaced now or very soon. I was on the fence about it as it was going to up the cost of the repair a fair amount and i wasnt quite willing to spend the money, and after I expressed this, Andres explained why it really would be be worth it to take care of it now, or else it would end up much more expensive if I waited much longer. I went ahead with the brake repair, and when I went to pick my car up, Andres says "hey so the repair was cheaper than what we discussed on the phone earlier, so you saved about $50 bucks, hope you dont mind". I was blown away! Ive NEVER walked into a repair shop and been told its going to be cheaper! I occasionally need a short ride back to work when I drop my car off, and they typically have a shuttle to drop you at places nearby. Once the driver was sick, but that didnt matter, Andres was happy to call me an uber to drop me back at work! I could go on and on, but in short, this is the best repair shop, and you should absolutely come here for any car repairs. They also have a great car-club deal to get you lots of cheap oil changes, among other repair discounts!

I love getting my hands dirty. I love the feel of a job well done and the satisfaction of doing something on my own. When it comes to cars I typically only change the oil and the air filter. Typically I have done this in my driveway and take the oil somewhere to recycle it. All that has changed. Now I have a place to go and do...anything that needs done, and best of all if (and when) I get in over my head or just cant figure out something, the PROS at U-Fix-It, step in and take care of business. I will continue to come to this shop as long as I own a car. Even to do something as small and simple as an oil change. If you have never had the opportunity to put your vehicle on a lift and work on the underside, once you do you will be hooked. Im a big man and even with the car on stands I cant use a crawler and still fit underneath, now it doesnt matter. I was able to flush the transmission, replace all four brakes, pull the intake and replace the plugs on my KIA. Somehow, I managed to miss putting a hose clamp back on and lost about a gallon of radiator fluid, tired and fed up because I just knew that I had done it right and the dang car had to have a new problem, I walked indoors, handed Andres the keys and said see you Monday (this was late Saturday afternoon). His staff was able to find the problem, fix it and then to top it off, all he charged me for was the coolant that needed replaced. I could not believe it. The equipment, tools and people here are incredible and deserving of praise. They have a life-long customer in me and I bet that if you gave them a chance, you would be one too.

Have you ever put off repairs on your car because you were too intimidated to tackle the project on your own or because you didnt have the right equipment? Id put off a clutch job because I had no real desire to spend two days on the ground under my car with a Hayes book and confused look on my face. When the clutch finally gave out I had to do something right away. I must admit the $900 estimate pushed me to looking for a DIY solution. I found U-Fix-It Center after a Google search and hoped it would be the answer to my problem. They are AWESOME! They are all about service and making sure you have the confidence to complete your project and drive off with a smile. I ordered my parts through them and they were waiting for me when I showed up. Working with a lift and the right tools changes the game completely. Combine that with knowledgeable mechanics on hand and Im going to be unstoppable! When I pulled my flywheel off they inspected it for me and together we decided it couldnt be resurfaced. They ordered one for me and it was at the shop by the time I needed to install it. These guys are like having a team of mechanics as friends who are available and eager to help when you need them. They patiently answered every question like the professionals they are. I simply cannot not say enough good things about my experience with U-Fix-It Center. Bottom line, I spent all day there, learned a lot about my car, gained a ton of confidence, completed my project, and saved over $500. It was amazing to be treated so well by a business. I highly recommend them!

I started out looking for a local shop shop to get a quick oil change for my 2007 Honda civic Si and what I found at we-fix-it auto repair is beyond what I ever expected. The staff is friendly and the owner was gracious and caring from the start to make sure I was welcome without being pushy which is no easy feat these days. Of course this lead me to return again for my next oil change and thats what prompted this review today. I had an appointment for an oil change and I just didnt have the time to make it and needed to reschedule. The shops hours and my work schedule are just about identical so getting a new appointment wasnt in the cards. Thats when Andreas offered without hesitation to provide me a loaner car at no cost so I could leave my car with them to get a simple oil change done. I couldnt believe it, a low cost service like that and I was getting treated as if I brought in a luxury car and expected the white collar service! Needles to say I accepted the offer and in 24 hours I arrived at closing time just in time to pick up my freshly oiled machine. It runs great and I need brakes soon and I will be bringing it here for that service with out a doubt. 100% recommend to anyone searching for a good local auto shop you can trust and be treated right! Andres and his crew are awesome. I love this place. I had them replace the engine on my Bimmer and what terrific customer service. On such a complex project such as this, I expected some bugs to work out after the work was done. There were a few issues but U Fix It made the issues become non-issues. What stood out to me was the genuine effort to make me happy with the final product. This is the difference between a common business and an outstanding one - All businesses have problems to deal with, nobody is perfect. But outstanding businesses will not make me chase them around or make it difficult for me to get customer service issues resolved. Outstanding businesses are proactive in this respect and will not rest until customer is happy. Sometimes this is difficult and takes time and effort away from making more money on other projects. Andres and U Fix It Center is this type of company. Even though my issues were quite small and not really a big deal in the overall picture, to me they were still important. Im grateful for the terrific work and even more grateful for the friendly customer service. It is quite obvious that The U Fix It Center is well above the common auto repair center. My highest regards and recommendations!!
