The mechanic Eric who works there is a liar. I know everyone says people lie when they receive poor service but what he told me was straight up a bold faced lie. After having my carburetor rebuilt and installed I took my truck home. The same problem happened again. The truck wasnt getting any fuel. I called Taylors and the attendant suggested I have it towed to the 35th ave and Northern location which I did. I called Eric and told him what happened and he said he would stop by the Northern location to look it over and call me back. After not receiving a call from him I decided to stop by in person to the Scottsdale location to speak with him in person. He told me he stopped by and couldnt figure out what was going on. I suggested adjusting the throttle screws and he told me he tried that as well. I then asked him what do I need to do to help get my truck running. I offered to pay for a tow back to Scottsdale from the Northern location so he could have it in his shop. He declined saying that it would be best if I had someone at the Northern location take a second look. I said ok fine. I went directly to the Northern location and spoke to the owner, Dale. Dale told me Eric had never came to look at my truck. Everything Eric told me was a lie. Dale calls Eric and confronts him about lying to me and seems pretty heated himself. After that Dale looks at my truck and gets it running in 5 minutes. Dale apologized for Erics bullshit and thanked me for bringing it to his attention. I give 2 stars because of the owners honesty with me. If you do use this shop DO NOT do business with or pay any attention to anything Eric says. This cost me $500 and a week with no vehicle and on top of that Eric lied like it was nothing. Mechanics like Eric are why other mechanics are so distrusted.

I have many friends & relatives that have been customers of this station until I told them what happened to me. I was on my way to a dentist appt. as I was exiting on McDonald, all of a sudden my car (Merecedes E350) started a Loud Buzzing sound, my entire dashboard turned Red - EMERGENCY - front tire pressure dangerously low. I was shocked and upset...then I realized Taylors Station was just ahead, and a sigh of relief..... I pulled up to the auto bay and asked if there was a place that I could check my tires. A chubby little man turned around with a scowl on his face...looked my car over, then looked me up & down and said, "We only offer that service to customers that buy gas". I was stunned...I just stood there for a minute. He said, "The Pressure Gage is Broken....its broken today!!" I got back into my car and went on to my appt. Told all of the girls in the office, they could not believe it....some of them have used this station. They told me to go to the station at the corner of Scottsdale Road & Lincoln Drive. I tried to sneak in and use the air real quick - I felt likd a thief.... They came running over, I told them I was only check the tire pressure - I told them what had happened. They insisted on doing it for me. What a difference!!!! These stations are blocks apart, how different can their gas prices be - really. I have told everyone I know this story, and its well worth even paying even a little more to have people that really want to help you!!!

In the end, you make it work -just like any relationship. Ive been to Taylor Scottsdale Gas and Auto Service a few times and have had good experiences. Im greeted with a smile and always offered a ride to where I need to be, if the repair is going to take some time. Most recently, I got some work done on my vehicle and the cause of the issue was misdiagnosed. I spoke with Chris, the head mechanic, and explained my situation. He listened attentively and not only offered to own to work on it personally, they took care of it free of charge. Free of charge.. Can you imagine how I feel about this place after such a show of integrity? Its difficult to find a honest mechanic as we know the unfortunate stigma, so well. But heres a guy who stepped up. Never did he point the blame on anyone, though it was not his fault. Never did he make excuses. What he did do, was offer to make it right and he did so. My car is in brilliant condition thanks to this TRUE customer service. Im not a fan of entitled customers who have "the customer is always right" chip on their shoulder; almost looking for any and all reason to get something for free. All I did was communicate with Chris and he owned it. These guys have my business. Give them chance. Ask for Chris. Hell make it work.

This facility just changed over to a Mobil gas station which is awesome as an Exxon/Mobil cardholder. The attendant answered the phone after hours when I called to verify they were actually a Mobil station after finding them on the gas buddy app. When arrived he came out and talked to me and let me know that the owner of the station has 4 more stations in the valley that will all become Mobil. The closest ones to the valley were in Tonopah or Wickenburg which are fine when traveling.

Ive always had decent experiences here. A couple of times when Ive needed a bit of air in the tires theyd do it for free. I also had a hot radiator once, and they took care of me in record time and got me moving again, again, no charge. Also, the fuel is better priced than the surrounding stations. Admittedly its Scottsdale gas prices... But sure better than the Shell up the road. The restroom could certainly be cleaner, but hey, its a gas station.

These people suck. Ive never encountered people so stupid at a gas station before. You would think pumping gas would be a simple task but these morons manage to make everything so god damn difficult. Long blonde haired dude is the biggest freaking creep. If my car ran out of gas in front of this gas station id still walk my ass to Food N Things down the street. Looking forward to this place shutting down and a Circle K or something taking its place.

I have been a customer of this gas station for a few years now, as it is on my way to work everyday. I have had a few occasions where I needed assistance with the air pressure in my tires, and they were more than willing to help me. They have helped with a few other minor problems with my car as well. They have great customer service.

Always helpful with the little things like filling your tires with air for free or helping me replace a stripped bolt that I destroyed. Also really honest about larger work that needs to be done.
