They made the job, buy they are just looking how to charge you whit extras, i take my gl 450 to change a suspension part and they charge me whit a computer analysis. I come from a dealership which give the diagnoses whit no charge but they havent the part. Analysis that they dont want to give me because said there are other fails, and i only paid for ONE. Hey, i paid for an analysis that i dont need, some complete, not for something in particular, when i ask for the service ask something very specific. I ask for see something in the latch back door, ad they want to charge me whit an another amount. They recommend me to change filters change, i just coming from the dealership from the major tune up whit filters exchanges in no more than a month, and they are NEW, and they want to change it. Better look for another honest and fair place

I called Tech Plus and spoke with Gary because another local auto repair shop did an oil change and fuel system clean but my check engine light still came on. However, after they did that a few hours later I loss acceleration/power to my truck and when taking it back they said they didnt "have the right computer to run diagnostic on my truck based on the make/model".. When calling Gary he mentioned he has the right equipment and a tech that use to work for the brand of my truck for 4-5 yrs plus before going to his shop. Moral of the story, Garys tech found out they didnt reset my computer codes right and was more honest, experienced, and had the right tools. They also offered to give me a ride to my office and back. Needless to say I now know I will be taking my cars/trucks to Gary and his team at Tech Plus Automotive.

Tech Plus has been servicing my BMW for about a year now, and I’ve been very satisfied with their work and their overall approach to their business. I think they’re the best place for luxury import automotive care in the entire northeast Valley. They have the specialized equipment to handle everything on my car, and their work is done well. Gary will point out additional maintenance options, which can be helpful, but he doesnt hard-sell them. Simply put, Tech Plus provides top-notch service and is the best value option if you care to keep your car in good shape. And, they are flexible – they have been able to fit me in on short notice when needed. I’ve not been disappointed with any aspect of their services, and recommend them highly!

I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). Its nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and Ill be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

After checking out several Auto Repair shops in the Scottsdale area, I decided to bring my beloved 1964 Corvette to Tech Plus Automotive. I had checked with several friends that had used this shop for there classic cars and they had nothing but praise for the work that was done. I am very particular about who works on my Classic Corvette. The work that was done on my engine was fantastic. They kept me informed during the whole process, called me in to look at some of the issues first hand and in the long run probably saved me several thousands of dollars in future repairs. Gary, the owner of the shop was straight forward, honest and fair with the charges.

I had recently took in my 2011 LR4 Land Rover to be serviced, I had sold it and bought a rand rover. But before turning it over to the new buyer I wanted to make sure everything was in perfect condition. Gary was honest with the service, did not try and sell me anything that was not needed and his pricing was much better than the dealership. I had taken the Land Rover in to him for regular scheduled maintenance over three years and I have always been very happy with the service, honesty and price. I will continue to bring my new rang rover to them for service too. I have recommended them to a few others that have also told me they were happy.

I am always treated with respect. Not knowing much of anything about cars and how they work, I would normally be at the mercy of the tech. Gary, James, and really the entire crew take the time to explain all aspects of the problem, and I walk away feeling a part of the process. The work has always been performed flawlessly. Tech Plus Automotive fixes what is broken, explains in terms I can understand, and charges a very fair price. Frankly, the only way I could own a vehicle with 113,000 miles on it, a car that I obviously love, is because and by virtue the "partners" I am privileged to know on Butherus.

Gary and his crew of qualified techs have been taking care of both of my BMWs for a number of years now. Tech Plus never tries to oversell and tells me the correct facts even though it might be less revenue for them. A BMW dealer wanted to do thousands of dollars of work on my electrical system when Gary & His Tech said it was discharging so little power that it would take a very long time to run down the battery. I have always felt Tech Plus considers my interest and needs and advises on what is right and not on how much they sell me like other shops or dealers do.

This place just tries to take advantage of people because they assume people dont know anything about their vehicles. Gary, the owner, tried charging me over $400 for trim panels in my BMW that needed to be special ordered from Germany plus labor of course. I told him not to do anything until I looked at the parts and it turned out that I only needed MAYBE $25 in new clips to reattach the panel. Took me a grand total of 15 minutes to reinstall. Steer clear unless you know EXACTLY what you want done; dont trust their opinions

Ive had my Land Rover for many years and I have never had it serviced anywhere but at the dealership. Turns out that I have put up with a lot over the years. At Auto Tech, the work was done in a very timely manner. Before any work was started, Gary called to review everything and make suggestions. As a woman, sometimes it feels as if I dont have any credibility when I walk into a dealership or a auto garage. I did not get that same feel at Auto Tech. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Tech Plus has serviced both my BMW and Lexus for a few years. Both vehicles operate like they just came off the show room floor. They are flexible and work me in the daily schedule when issues come up. Their technicians are experts, have knowledge about preventive care and have excellent diagnostic skills to identify and quickly fix problems. Lastly they are great to work with, vehicles are fixed the first time and do not require immediate repair after being maintained by them.
