Bad Customer service. My baby (around 2 years old at the time) got hurt in the kids care and they pulled me out of my class claiming she just cried and wont stop crying since the last 15 mins. First time ever that happening!!! When I get into the care the girl coming in before me whispered to the one inside the room which stared at me when walking in. One claim d she didnt know why she was crying but my baby had a particular cry as a mom one can identify the types of crying. So I know something happened to her. The other girl there just stared at me and kept quiet. They were older kids playing around. I talked to the receptionist as I noticed my babys forehead turning red with red spots all over!!!! They told me they will be fired but I saw them working again at same location and kids care!!! Another day Receptionist wont help either she didnt know or just plain didnt want to help ( I asked her for a cancellation and her response: " you have to talk to the operations manager from 9-5pm." And then I asked for a cancellation form and her response: "we dont do that here" and I told her thats how Ive done it before and her "thats going to take you longer" she wouldnt print the form!!!! I called another location and guess what they email me the form!!!!!!

I really think this is a beautiful gym! Love the pool, child care, the setup, equipment ratio, etc. However, I didnt sign up bc the sales guy was a little pushy for my taste. Didnt even care to talk about my goals, what Im looking to do with my fitness, what the gym offers, not even a tour. He literally sat me down, said "put your name here, address and phone number and todays only going to be $86". Like seriously nothing was discussed I sat for like 5 minutes. I told him, "can I try the gym today and see how I feel before I sign anything?" Needless to say everyone that worked there looked miserable and when I asked for the restroom the girl was so rude. Like I said the gym was beautiful and nothing against the gym itself, I just didnt like the vibe. I know that sounds so silly but thats just un-motivating to me. Maybe I went at the wrong time.

MUSIC WAY TOO LOUD! My primary gym is in Laveen Village but I come to this one occasionally because they have different workout equipment. It does not matter to me that the gym is really small, has no racquetball courts and no basketball court, I can get that at my other LA Fitness gyms. This location is continually a horrible experience whenever I go there. Turn the damn music down! The gym is not a dance club. The music is so loud that I have to turn my music up loud to drown out their music. Then, my music is so loud that I cant focus and my ear drums hurt, and to add insult to injury, I can still hear their music! I dont care what music you play, just turn it down. The patrons listen to and bring their own music anyway. I cannot recommend this location if there are other choices.

Decent sized gym, slightly smaller in size than their typical clubs due to them taking over a current building and revamping it for their needs. This club does not have a basketball court, racket ball courts, or a juicebar, like most of their other locations, but it does have a Kids Corner. They do offer spinning and various other cardio classea as well. Busiest hours are between 5pm and 8pm Mon-Fri. A couple of their associates that sit at the desks signing people up with contracts, are lazy and talk about very inappropriate topics within earshot of clientele.....very unprofessional. Other than a select few, most of the staff is quite pleasant and quick to help if you should need it.

Its more on the pricier side, but after reading reviews for other gyms, I see its well worth it. Theyve always got deals going too. If you get a group of 4 people on a plan, its 19.99 each. I dont go after 7 whereas thats the busiest, but its still not too bad. Ive yet to really wait for a machine. On occasion someone will take something and hog it, but mostly if you ask, people will work in with you. Staff is actually very friendly. Theres all kinds of people that go too, people already in shape, and people trying to lose weight and get themselves healthier.

Ive been going to this gym since it opened. Even tho I moved to laveen and live much closer to the laveen location, I still make the longer commute because this gym is easy less packed. This gym is small in comparison, but has everything I need. The biggest down fall to this gym is that they started bleeding early during the holiday season. I figured this was understandable when told the hours would go back to normal after the holidays. However, they decided to make the shortened hours permanent.

I absolutely love LA Fitness. Ryan was the one that signed us up. He is awesome! Always checks up on us each time we come in. He is very helpful and so nice. Definitely in their favor to keep him aboard. As for the facility; it is very clean, the locker rooms are big and up to date, the pool is awesome especially for the hot AZ weather. Staff is so nice. Honestly my fiance and I made a great choice in signing up. We are always excited to go. Keep it up guys

Ive only been a memebr for 3 weeks and I have found that the restrooms are disgusting, they do not have cleaning spray for machines and to top it off no WIFI. I used to be with EOS, I left them thinking Id have a better experience, but to my dismay that was not the case. I am very disappointed. EOS at least has WiFi for Members, clean restrooms and an inexpensive price. Thank God Im not under contract.

good gym, until you need to cancel a membership....apparently there is no refund policy. Customer Service is ridiculous up to the corporate level. I tried to just cancel 1 member off my family plan, ended up spending $120 for 1 month of service....beyond ridiculous!!!

This club is great, it has all equipment needed to get a great exercise completed. I like the staff, theyre friendly and helpful. The only downfall of this club is that they close very early. It would be great if they decide to expand the hours to at least midnight.

Got my purse stolen from the lockers and no one was able to help me. I was told to call the cops , i was not allowed to use there phone. Also there securety camaras not woeking AT ALL. Back customer service and bad management

Theres some receptionist that dont even acknowledge the people and thats a big thing for me. A simple hello and a simple goodbye isnt so much to ask for is it? Its not that hard to stay off your phone and be polite.

I would give it 5 star if only they would add WiFi, disinfect the kids area room, stay open later on weekends. I work weekends until 6 and it would be nice to go after but they close at 6.

Small gym with like a 3:1 ratio of cardio equipment to free weights. However, it does get the job done and is always clean. Workers could be a little more interactive but all in all GOOD GYM
