I have been an EAR customer for many years. They have worked on several of my cars and trucks. I have found them to be very helpful and very reasonable in price. Most importantly, they have never given me a reason not to trust their recommendations. Here is one example of why I continue to do business with them: I took my Suburban in to have the 4wd system looked at as it would not engage 4wd. This was a 10 yr old truck with 175k miles on it. I was dreading the diagnosis. When discussing the issue with the mechanic, I just mentioned that for some reason the right windshield washer sprayer had quit working and could he also take a look at that. They called several hours later and said the problem with the 4wd was only the dash switch and they had it repaired. They did not mention anything about the windshield washer. When I picked it up, the mechanic explained the issue with the 4wd switch. I then asked about the washer. He said that a screw from the windshield moulding had severed the line and that he had replaced the line....NO CHARGE. I then remembered that I had replaced the windshield the week before at a glass repair shop and they had not been careful when putting the moulding back on. But EAR fixed it for free.

While driving with my mother on I-70 W to get to Las Vegas, my car started to overheat. Although I pulled over and checked/replaced the coolant, the car continued to overheat in traffic. We had to get towed and ended up at Evergreen Automotive Repair. The guys there were great. We got a ride to the hotel (we dropped the car off right after the shop had closed) and in the morning, we were told it was an issue with the radiator cap. They replaced it, didnt take advantage of us by charging too much, and also replaced our coolant. Without asking, they topped off our windshield washer fluid and even fixed my license plate that had a screw missing. Wonderful service and we made it all the way through the mountains and to Vegas without any issues. If I ever get stranded again in the mountains, this will be the first place I go to.

Driving thru town had what I thought was a brake noise called the shop told owner I was passing thru needed to have looked at. Got us in right away checked are brakes they were fine. He thought we may have picked a rock or something. When asked what was owed his reply was "Just give me a good review on the site where you fond us". This gentleman has 2 things that are missing in America today honesty and Integrity. So here is my review. Evergreen Automotive is the kind of place where I would not be afraid to send my Daughter my Wife or my Mother. And by the way I gave the Gentleman a good tip for his time. I would love to write a review on their services, however, they never got back to me. I walked to their shop first thing in the morning, explained that my truck was in need of transmission work. When the service writer went to price it out, their transmission provider was unavailible, so I left all my info so that e.a.r. could call me back with a full price quote including the transmission. I never did get a call back. This turned for the better because I was quoted $630.00 to just remove and replace the transmission. Ammco is currently removing, rebuilding, and installing the transmission for $895.00. I guess the local guy isnt always the best guy.

I like this place. The staff is very friendly and they do a good job. It does tend to take a few days (3 or so) to get your car in, but they have knowledge of cars and I haven't had issues with them. They'll even throw you a deal at times. If you don't need your car back the next day, I'd recommend this shop. It takes a few days, but they are making sure the work is done at good quality.

These guys are awesome. Ive taken three vehicles there for various repairs and maintenance recently. They are honest and wont waste your money on unnecessary repairs. Its so hard to find a good shop, but this place has got my vote!
