Where do i start.. I have been to Avon truck and auto about 10 times now to get 1 job done right. i made an appointment for work to be done and went out of my way to drop the car off when they had asked for it and they wouldnt do the work because they got to busy with walk in customers so i was rescheduled nearly every time i came in for my appointment. i had an issue with my vehicle clunking when i would accelerate, Avon auto diagnosed the problem as the CV axles which they promptly replaced and fixed my clunking issue which initially i thought was great but during this job they were also supposed to fix my abs system which they diagnosed as being just a bad abs sensor ($200+ for part + labor) so they replaced the abs sensor and didnt even take it for a test drive, that night i picked up my vehicle and didnt even make it out of the parking lot before all the abs lights came back on so i went inside and they said bring it back tomorrow and they would look at it, once again after being told they could fix it next day i was turned away again and told to come back again the following day. this time they got it in and couldnt figure out what the issue was and had already charged me about $300 to replace a part that was working fine which they could have tested and figured out with a multi meter... i suggested that the issue was with the actual wheel hub and requested that they replace it, this actually fixed my ABS system problem i was excited my vehicle was fixed and glad i never had to go back again. after driving the car for a few days all of my ABS lights came back on and i was stumped at this point everything nearly all components of the ABS system has been replaced (even ones that didnt need to be) i brought the car back to the shop to see what was wrong with it and the mechanic who did all the work came out and hooked up the computer to run a scan, the scan said "lost communication with Right ABS sensor" i was very confused since this is the opposite side from where the problem was when i initially brought it in. the mechanic knew what the problem was right away! he said he had actually damaged the abs wire on that side upon replacing my cv axle and taped the wire to fix the issue and now after driving a few days his repair which no one told me about was not holding. i went into Avon auto on Monday to schedule an appointment and they said to drop it off on Thursday when i went to drop it off Thursday they said they had to many walk ins and couldnt do the work until Monday and the owner Paul promised that they will be able to fix on Monday. so we will see what happens at this point im ready to take this to small claims court. Please dont waste your time or money with this shop as no one deserves this kind of horrible service.

Ive neglected coming on here and leaving a review, but I feel this is absolutely necessary. Ive been told by one of my employees that they didnt put the oil cap back on their car after an oil change. And worst of all, around Christmas I got 4 brand new all season tires and my car was parked outside of Avon town center for 2 weeks. Eventually I was headed over to Edwards and my entire wheel flew completely off going at least 70mph on i70. They didnt put the wheel on correctly, in fact it looked only hand tightened on. It was 9:30pm and it was freezing cold, still a lot of traffic and my boyfriend and I had to walk up and down the road looking for my wheel and had to put my donut on. In the meantime 5 emergency vehicles passed me so I got to worry about that all night long. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt because Paul did fix the damage (one week later) but that just wasnt enough. Going through a near death experience like that I expected them to go above and beyond but when I went in and talked to Clarence, he was super rude and tried making excuses. And Paul refused to refund me for my service fee from the previous visit. That is nothing compared to what I could have done. Also, if you have to get an interlock installed in your car, dont go there. My boyfriend had a horrible experience with that and they tried charging him $85 to take it out. And the owners wife was super rude. She is the main reason why he switched interlocks. This is the worst auto place I have ever gone to. And yet another time I was super desperate to get my car fixed. My CV joint snapped and my parking break went out and I left my car keys in the drop box and wrote down to fix only that. They tried replacing my roders and installing a brand new alternator. I asked them how much it was going to cost and they said around $900. First of all, their service isnt even worth that much and second, I called and told them to stop with the parking break and cv joint... they had already installed the roders without consultung me and had to take it off and still charged the full service fee. And they told me all of that would cost $300, I got there and the total was $404. Again, not worth it. Do not waste your money. Might as well flush it down the toilet. Sad part is that my dad has been receiving their service for years. Well I know one thing for sure... No matter how desperate I get, I will never go back there ever again. I should have listened to what people said about this place and looked at the reviews, but I trusted them. Thats where I went wrong. Would give 0 stars if that was possible.

Third time I am trying to post a review the first two had detailed explanation of how these guys broke my o2 sensor wiring doing a clutch job and refuse to take responsibility and fix the problem and ignore my emails. But mysteriously the first 2 reviews refuse to be shown.... funny since they are so detailed and honest(and also without any offensive language) that I bet this company would pay Google not to show it. Seems its being marked as spam just for being long? Long story short these people have parts left over after they put your car together, and refuse to acknowledge their incompetence. Damage your vehicle and ignore you. I swear on all I hold sacred I have no vested interest in ruining these peoples reputation beyond the fact that these cowards refuse to communicate with me at all and just hope I "F off" to put it politely. Also if you tally the review stars you would see their average should be below 3 stars, yet google seems to be refusing to rate them below 3.5.... making me suspect Googles ethics are starting to be about as bankrupt as this auto shop full of incompetent rude people who only care about you if you want to pay them, and have no interest in any sort of reconciliation outside of a courtroom. Post edit... they called me the other day to say I was sending emails to the wrong email address to complain, when I mentioned I emailed the email on their biz card they quickly changed subjects to why I am complaing a year after the fact.... funny I got their biz card a week later and it says the exact same address, so they contacted me, just to lie and play the blame game... the reason they ignored me was apperantly because its my fault I email them at the email listed for them online in every directory and that email also totally matches their buisness card as of 11/11/2014 aka yesterday... wow... I dont even know what organization to write about this, good thing colorado is a single consent state because I record all my calls, and this is the first time I can actually prove someone totally is lying through their teeth... no wonder they refused to answer my emails and then called my phone... guess they didnt think I had the mental capacity or foresight for this sort of BS.... I would love to share this with anyone that wants, feel free to contact me on google
