I am surprised to find this company has a complete lack of ethics. We took our vehicle (small Hyundai) for a free brake inspection. After a high quote over $500 we could not offered to get the repairs we wanted to. When we told them we would not be getting the work done over the phone we went to pick up the vehicle. My husband wanted to check these finding out for himself, come to find out that Brake Masters technicians had cross threaded (they forced the lug nuts on in an opposite direction of the thread) the lug nuts. This meant that they had to be broken off in order to get to the brakes. This caused a chain effect because from there the bearings could not be removed in order to replace the lug nuts that had to be broken. After hours of trying to repair what these technicians had caused we called the store manager who claimed that this was not caused intentionally and he would pay for the replacement of the lug nuts. I strongly suggest if you cannot afford the high prices that you are bound to be quoted then do not fall for the claim of a “Free Brake Inspection” you will pay more than you know (time, frustration, and replacement of any damaged parts).

I have not seen such crooked business practices in a very long time. Businesses like this should not be allowed to exist and should be heavilly fined. I took my vehicle in to have a broken lug repaired only to leave there with my rim scraping against the brake caliper, wheel alignment problems and a very shaky steering wheel. I have never EVER had these problems with my vehicle until these nit wits put there hands on my vehicle. If anyone has brake problems please do yourself a favor, save yourself alot of money and headaches and take your vehicles somewhere else. Brake Masters are anything but Masters! Maybe masters of disaster! They dont even deserve the one star im required to give them to publish this review!

Got there at 7:30 and when they finally put the truck on the rack it was 10:00. The truck sat on that ruck withe the tires off for another hour. One man walking around one hand on the phone and the other in his pocket. They finally started working on it. All they were going to do is check and see why it was vibrating. Not even fix it. Then you ask them a question and they get all bugged. I rather watch paint dry. Next time Im going to Midas.

Very unprofessional. ...my husband has to take the truck back 3 times. ..it was still messing up...charged him over $800....they were referred to us...but Never again..and they give him a hard time. When he goes back. .hasnt been 2mos since they had fixed it....look elsewhere. ..wish I wouldve check reviews first. ..oh..and was there for 8 hrs first time...just to tell him they didnt have the part..till next day. .he was furious! !!!

took my 2007 toyota yaris sedan to get my stripped lug nuts removed, spent over 3 hours with them with a scheduled 0730 appointment.. could do NOTHING about it.. AND PROCEEDED TO SWIPE, STEAL my crosswrench as payment for a job NOT done.. dude Im a chick, damn bastards would steak from a woman that needs something vital for emergencies to remove a FLAT F****** TIRE!!! ****EPIC FAIL!!!***

Very unprofessional with arrangements. Went to website to schedule appointment, but was disregarded as just another walk-in waited more than 3hrs......WTF... Why have appointment schedule. Manager offered discount for extra oil for wait time but with coupon, came out same. No apologies or anything for wait time. Service was half-a#& job. Go at own risk. Drop off & come back later.

I love Brake Masters! Bryan and Moses are very professional and nice! Excellent customer service! Waiting time is reasonable. Never had a bad experience with them to where I had to come back cause something wasnt done properly. Every time Ive came here the problem was resolved and fixed.

Took my Cube in for an oil change and Bryan found a plastic panel underneath that had come loose. Let me know before it could have been a saftey issue and fixed it. Thank you so much for watching out for me, considering that I will be driving outta state next week. Awesome job!

Its my place to go in El Paso, Bryan the General Manager is great, he listen to your concerns and gives you personalize attention until you leave BMasters. Some weekdays and always on weekends you have to bring a ton of patience as BM is always packed with customers.

Moses and Bryan have to be the worst people I have encountered while trying to get service in my truck. They treat you like you are inferior. They lack communication skills. They are extremely unprofessional. I would never bring my business here again.
