Public records it took me two years and a July trial representing myself from nyc to sue this guy and won both cases against him and his lawyer. Long story short my check engine light came on and paid this guy over $800 to flush my transmission and add atf d4 transmission fluid to my Bmw (cheap non Bmw transmission fluid). After that my transmission started failing and took it to Bmw which documented everything he put cheap transmission fluid in my car...funny part (now I can have humor) all of this was done for my original check engine light being on for a $48 oil cap- was all I needed. Stay away!!! Despite me winning my lawsuit which included money for the new transmission he has yet to pay- no worries I will be enforcing that judgement Just warning the public please stay away. William no longer works there and a man of character to expose his wrong doing

William is knowledgable, helpful, professional, honest, and friendly. Beware everyone else: One of the "expert mechanics" is a remodeller/construction person and NOT a trained auto mechanic of any type - he was the one "working" on my car and who was the one who explained what work needed to be done on my car. Why did he explain everything you wonder? Because the other two didnt speak English well enough - one gentleman is Muhammed who told me himself "he is not an expert" and the other who is from the same country because I overheard them conversing in their mothertongue is "a friend who comes by to help" according to the remodeller/constructor. If it werent for William, this place would disappear...in a flood of law suits.

Only go here if youre a fan of being disrespected, of paying more than they originally quote you for, and of work being carelessly done. They quoted me two hours of labor to repair my car, and when I returned to pick my car up, I was handed a bill for over $400. They had added on a $120 part without asking me, spoke to me without an inkling of customer service or respect, and told me that if I drive 60 miles the engine light will turn off... What? Needless to say the engine light did not turn off, they did not resolve the issue, and quite frankly I do not trust them to touch my car again.

My VW Jetta daylamp headlight went out and I could not for the life of me get it out to replace it. I called these guys and asked them how much it would cost for them to help me. They said no charge, just bring it in and well help you out. 10 minutes later I am back home already after them doing it. So grateful and didnt charge me anything even after I asked again if I could give them anything for the trouble. That is good service, I am super grateful and will be coming back whenever my car needs service!

This is a good shop! They take good care of my BMW. These cars have several issues when they have issues and my needs are met. It can take them a few tries to see what is going on because my car seems to mask its true problem. Example: I had some sensors turn on and Muhammed changed them but the same sensors came back on. So after examining closer it was my ABS module that had to be changed. This module is the brain of my car so it made it behave irrationally.

I was a customer there for 7 years, but only because I liked William. Then, William left and got his own shop. I didnt know he was no longer working there, so when I called ASU to get some work done on my car, I kept asking for William. However, Mohammed kept telling me he (William) was on vacation, but in reality, William had already quit working there. After Mohammed was dishonest with me, he lost me as a customer forever! I will never go back there anymore!

When theyre good, theyre REALLY good; when theyre bad, theyre REALLY bad. Ive had more good experiences with them than bad, though, and they charge less than anywhere else Ive gone. Pretty much all of the times theyre really good are when William is working on my car, though, so if you go here, ask for him.

This auto shop was honest with me, didnt try to over price me and in fact allowed me to recieve 1/3 the price quote of the quote that my dealership gave me. I was from out of town and its nice to find an honest mechanic. Ill be using him for all my car service needs.. Thanks Muhammad
