Going to this outlet was like turning your soul over to the Gestapo for propaganda and interrogation. The high pressure sales tactics employed here are absolutely despicable. It felt like an episode out of The Sting. The Frontman ran you around with stacks of add-ons and tried to convince you that if you didnt buy everything they recommended, you and your family would have their own blood on your hands in a fiery death because you were in mortal danger. Other mechanic shops confirmed that most everything I was told was total hogwash, and I ultimately felt like even the products I did purchase were low quality for the price, shedding brake dust like a volcanos ash. I now have lovely black wheels though!

Murderers, these people screwed up the brakes on my fiancées Honda and refused to properly correct their work.. Every time she took the car back they would find a way to get the brakes to work for all of a few miles before the car became brake-less.. They refused to refund us or properly fix the problem as a result she almost became a victim of a four car pile up with fatalities, had she not had the sense to throw the car in park... All by the grace of God!! To send my worst enemy to just brakes would be cruel and unusual... I wish the Government would arrest all of them for attempted murder!!

Just Brakes located off of Memorial Drive in Stone Mountain has been the only place that I have trusted to change my oil. They are fast and diligent workers. If they notice any other issues with your car while changing your oil they will advise you of the issue but do not pressure you to have them fix it. All of the employees at this location are friendly and helpful. An oil change takes them only about 15 minutes of your time. They get you in and out. I love this Just Brakes. I would recommend them to anyone i know.

- Quality of the work and pricewas fine - I came for a routine oil change and was stuck there for hours. They told me over the phone I would be served right away and taken care of quickly but that was not the case - the issue was the time it took and the service - when I got there there was no worker there to talk to and help customers - they serve customers out of order ask were unprepared for the amount of customers who came - seem to have inefficient procedures and systems

I had to get my brakes done on my very beat up car and the guys there were great even though my attitude towards them was not...Im sorry that in my moment of stress and anxiety I was less than nice to yal. They got my brakes done super fast and when I was having troubles with cranking my car (unrelated throttle issue) after they were finished with my brakes the manager stayed after hrs to make sure I was safe while I was working on my car. Thank you guys Soooooooo sooo much

The people who work here are amazing at their job! Not only was the front desk person friendly and helpful but the mechanics were as well. They answered every question I had and some I did not. They explained everything to me that was going on with my car and even explained it twice because I know nothing about cars and especially brakes. The people who work here made this such a wonderful experience and I will take my car to them again!!!!

I recently had some break work done at this shop. The price was good, and the customer service was excellent. The next day I noticed the breaks were still making a little noise. I dropped it back off and they took care of it for free. Now everything is working great. Just breaks #325 is one of the few shops that still stand by their work. thanks!

I had the worst experience here. Dont waste your time. I called in advance for an price and appointment. ($99 for everything before tax). When I arrive it was something totally different. The service tech walk me outside to tell me the services that I needed additional and walk me back in only to tell me the service gonna cost me $310. Really

Great shop! I have been to this particular Just Brakes twice now. Both times have made me want to go back again. Mike was more than helpful, very friendly and knew what he was talking about. They have great deals and I experienced very little wait times. There was also a courtesy follow up call afterwords. I highly recommend going there.

When I drove up my car was in the garage within 5 minutes! The guy behind counter was extremely friendly and helpful. They made suggestions for other things to fix but were not pushy at all. Got my calipers replaced, brake pads and new rotors in June and July 2016 or so I thought and spent a combined $900. Now November am having issues. My mechanic said the factory calipers are still on my vehicle and in fine condition and my mechanic said theres no way they or the rotors have been replaced.

Do not cone here its a rip off and ron is very rude!!! Went too get my brakes checked out on my dodge caliber 2007 they gave me an estimate of 750$ i left with my car making a knocking sound underneath my car i took it back and they acted like it wasnt their fault money hungry business

I was a little skepitcal at first using a break shop for an oil change. That was over a year ago. Now I only use Just Breaks to keep my car running and in good condition. They never add additional service that I havent asked for and never over charge.
