I recently was told the delivery guy of my package lost my order $128 ebay order....I still have yet to get my money back for there mistake.... when I walked in and told them I was looking for my package they gave me an attitude instead of just admitting that they were doing something wrong I eventually went on Amazon and buy another product the same thing that I ordered last time once I realized that the United States Postal Service was going to deliver it I immediately went there right when they open to pick it up … I dont trust them for anything … When given the package I was told this will be the last time I go down there to pick up a package and if I wanted my package Id have to wait for them to deliver it … This is why people use UPS or FedEx this is why the United States Postal Service will eventually be obsolete in Des Moines locations will shut down starting with this one

We often have our incoming packages lost and Its becoming a serious problem since we run a business. There is an extremely rude woman working at this location that I believe enjoys the sound of her own voice more than anything. Will not even allow you to talk without cutting you off and has no desire to help find packages. I am constantly treated like its my fault that someone has sent me a package through usps and it was lost. whats even worse is the packages that they seem to lose most often are discontinued rare automotive parts. Its one thing that USPS cant ship things to the right place and another that I am never allowed any hope of assistance from our main post office location.

Not only was the lady extreamly rude, she wiill yell and cut you off mid sentence. I understand things happen but why is our street skipped several times a week. Our neighbors havent even seen the guy. Its very random. And good luck sending out anything important. She will just tell you to get your lazy butt to send it through their "blue boxes"

The supervisor at this E. Fleming location is down right rude. They seriously need to teach the "supervisors" how to treat customers. I will never ship my packages through USPS again. FedEx or UPS has never talked to me the way this women did. No wonder USPS is struggling they keep people around like Dianne.

Come off the Highway and get here a 6 minutes to 5pm doors closed . Thank you USPS. Closed Saturday guess Ill go to UPS..
