Short: Had to take vehicle in to them 4 times (and counting) to fix their installation of an engine. Long: I inherited a vehicle with a newly rebuilt engine installed by 98th. Once I started driving it there was some oil spraying inside the engine compartment. Over the course of a few months I took it in for them to look at (still under warranty) and each time they either replicated work I had already done or simply didnt check their work to see if the issue was solved. On my 4th visit they finally resealed the part I had suspected (and told them about all along) but once I drove it home there was still oil spraying inside the compartment. Their service log says they test ran it for 2.5 hours after the resealing. The drive home took 40 minutes. Either they were lying or didnt bother looking after 2.5 hours. Nice on the phone, but terrible quality of service and workmanship.

Horrible shop, go elsewhere. Got my car back in worst condition than I dropped it off in. It was an older car and I was basically "beat up" because the car wasnt brand new. Despite the fact that I took care of it and it was a one owner, low mileage vehicle with EVERY record since it was new. It was serviced at the DEALER its ENTIRE LIFE. The guy said since it was older, it must have problems. I think he tried to burn the clutch out on it. I babied the clutch and never drove the car hard. After getting my car back the clutch just didnt seem right. Take your car to the dealer or somewhere you can trust.

This might be a small shop in size but huge in expertise and more important honesty. In this day and age when automobiles no longer are something that the average guy can work on himself, it is critically important to find a shop where you can absolutely trust that they will recommend improvements that are necessary and nothing more. Im always impress by the high quality of work and the way they always stand behind what theyve done. Ive been a customer of this shop for many decades and tho the ownership has changed, the quality of the shop has always maintained a level of excellence.

They also gave a very clear prioritization list of what needs to be done NOW and even 365 days from now.
