I want to preface this by saying the last 10 times Ive come here Ive had great service, Keith is/was the best he hasnt been there the lady few times Ive stopped by which sucks because I really trust him with my car. Now that thats out of the way lets get down to the low rating. Late this past week I scheduled an appointment for my car to be worked on, we scheduled the appointment for 11 am, I then realized (while speaking to the guy on the phone) during the same conversation that I had church and asked him to switch it to 2 pm instead, he acknowledged what I had just requested and said it would be fine. I show up at 1:45 pm for my appointment and the young lady working the desk couldnt find my reservation, then she found for the 11am time. I explained to her what happend and she said "thats not good because we have no one available." Now I drive here all the way from South minneapolis because I like this place however I found her explanation weak, she didnt offer to help the situation, make it right or even reschedule. This is particularly inconvenient for me, not only for the distance I have to drive to get there but also I cant get to work and school during the week without my car which is why I scheduled an appointment. If Keith no longer works hear or if i dont here anything from these people I will find someone else to do my business with, that lady didnt care about me or my car at all and if thats the level of service I can expect from now on Ill move on.

My job has me traveling alot and going to small mom/pop shops has never been my gig. I started going to Firestone in Texas about 11 years ago and was very pleased. I have moved 4 times sence then and have been so happy to find a Firestone close by each time. I like that my warrenties are nation wide. Recently I went to the Firestone in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. I had purchased a set of tires in Chicago and thought I may have a problem with one of them. Ben the Mgr came out and looked at my tires in the parking lot and found that I had parked my car tire on a fresh tar patch and a bunch of it was stuck in my tire. Ben had one of his guys come out into lot and remove the tar. He then test drove my car and and said it no longer shakes! I have never spent a dime at his store but he treated my like I was his best customer. I drove home and the car felt great again. I called him and thanked him. I will be back to this Firestone for sure!

The Firestone Team in Brooklyn Park far exceeded my expectations. I brought my car in for a routine tire rotation and alignment but received unparalleled service. I was originally told the service could take up to 1.5 hours but they had it completed in less than 40 minutes. Additionally, the service technician spotted a license plate light bulb socket that wasnt working and quickly repaired the issue free of charge. On a previous Audi service visit, I was told the light bulb wasnt working because of internal electrical issues and they wanted to charge me over $150 to repair it. The fact that the Firestone Team was able to identify and remedy the issue free of charge speaks loudly about their selfless dedication to their customers.

I stopped in for a full check up on my used Audi without an appointment. They greeted me as soon as i walked in the door, they were professional and attentive for my entire firestone experience. i only needed an oil change and a brake light replaced, but my representative, Hawk, gave me a full spec rundown on my car. He even made a few phone calls to auto parts distributors to compare prices and availability for services i will need in the future. Then Hawk sat down with me and walked through everything on my car, from tires and brakes to fluid levels and minuscule leaks. Im very impressed with this shop and I highly recommend Firestone in Brooklyn Park for your auto service needs.

I always know when a place gives me the full amount of basic grade oil for an oil change or if they are shorting me after 3,000 miles later or 3 months later. I have an older car so the engine uses more oil then newer cars. I notice my oil change light does not come on around 3000 miles as other oil change places that I use. The light comes on around 4000+ miles, so I know this place is doing it right. Avoid rapid oil change places like Maple Grove Firestone that will do your oil change in 30 minutes or less... I dont think the old oil is fully drained out with a 30 minutes or less oil change job. Faster is not always better.

Went in for alignment was told my tie-rods bolt were seized on and they had to torch it off wanted an additional $150 to loosen 2 bolts yes 2 bolts thats not a typo I declined and took it to meineke in columbia heights for a second opinion they told me the bolts were just rusted on and they were able to do the alignment for the standard price no additional charge to loosen those 2 bolts beware of firestone theyll try to scam you for money always get a second opinion before letting them work on your car me personally I will never go to firestone again.

I brought my work van in well I was on vacation and asked that they finish it before I get back. I dropped it off on Friday afternoon and was leaving Sunday morning and would be back Tuesday. He had it done Sunday. Jason was so easy to work with and understood my needs.

I went in with a coupon for $10 off the standard oil change. Ended up being the most expensive oil change of my life. $54 for an oil change is totally ridiculous and Ill never go back there again. If I could give less than one star I would.

I dropped in without an appointment for the inspection of a used car I considered buying. They charged me a fair fee, were reasonably fast, were respectful, and gave me an honest assessment of the car.

Went to have new tires installed, left with tires tires having below recommend inflation by 6 PSI. You would think a tire place would inflate your tires before you leave.
